Переглядів 320 тис.2 місяці тому
Why The Batman is a Subversive Masterpiece Superhero movies have dominated the cinemas for the last like idk 20 years or something and there have been genuinely amazing movies in those genres that break their molds and become something greater. But my personal favourite is The Batman, directed by Matt Reeves, Cinematography by Greg Fraser. starring, Robert Pattinson, Zoe Kravitz, Paul Dano, Jef...

Dune's Oscar Worthy Scene I am guessing that since you clicked on this video you have seen Dune parts 1 and 2, and cmon, lets be honest, the arean duel scene has to be the best scene in the entire film, and this is why. "Actor Austin Butler accepted the challenge to inhabit one of the most twisted characters in the Dune universe. From fight training, to learning knife skills, and undergoing an ...

I Now Understand The Last of Us Part Two

Being new to The Last of Us Franchise, playing the first game last year and loving it to death, I played the 2nd entry as you do. However I knew much of the what the story was about and controversy when it first released back in 2020, so I decided to stay wary. But my god was I impressed, the graphics are amazing, the story is so emotional and heavy, the performances, the gameplay, but when you...

This is the 2nd best Batman movie after The Dark Knight imo.
What's the music playing on 2:21 ?
The movie was not that long
It is this exact scene that proved me wrong when I started to think that unless I go to watch a literal thriller/horror movie, I could be barely cought off guard in cinema. But hey, this scene made me feel both uncomfortable/weird and fascinated at the same time.
It wasnt a terrible movie, but NOPE was a bit of a mess of a movie, and a bit too long. Worst of all the whole " DONT LOOK AT THE Monster and it wont get you" angle was laughably juvenile. The end result of the film was kinda neat, but it took longer to get to than was worth it. It did sorta fomcbine terror with "violence" death in a way, but only sorta. It all kinda missed the mark, yet what I liked was the idea that the "UFO abductions" were literally from a living construct that sucks up people and things to consume them utterly. But it all took too long to get to that point, imo. Maybe its a good thing that people only view things of horror, drama, and whatever through the 4th wall lens of film, aka "from a safe distance", but its tragic that as a result, too many people have become numb, disensitised and unfeeling to the suffering that life can throw at us. And whats worse, too many people as a result cannot fathom or appreciate the magnitude of many things, whether they happen to themselves or others. But death is universal. Fear is a matter of perspective for many people, but a combination of fear combined with, because of and leading up to violent and painful death will always be the truest and ultimate "horror". THe form is always up for interpretation of course, but most of the time, if the journey to get there is terribly bloody, painful and violent, its magnitudes worse. Does nope count then for terror and violence combined into the ultimate "horror"? TO each their own. IT hit, just didnt hit hard enough.
The random cutting to Something in the Way kills me
the thing about that scene in casino that really freaked me out is the way the narration just stops - he feels invincible because he's telling the story, and then he's interrupted mid-narration to be killed. really unsettled me
Is that the TLOU 2 soundtrack playing in the background?
That last scene. Exactly why i keep 3 guns in my car. The 2nd amendment is a life saver.
Cheeky re7 home music
And the penguin s1 last episode give us there will be interaction between them I'mma so excited
6:41 IT WAS WRITTEN!??!?!?!?!?!
The flaws make the diamond.
Speak No Evil saludos a la banda
Respectfully, Fire in the Sky is so genuinely scary and messed up. Nope isn’t scary and is so terrible when you consider its base premise and how amazing and terrifying that could have been. I’m not trying to be overly harsh but the scene we see of the Zodiac is a no music, simple and unremarkable stabbing. That achieves leagues more than Nope’s entire effort in literally like 3 - 4 mins. It had a clear aim and did it so well. I don’t have a clue what Nope was trying to be.
The bomb detonation scene in The Day After
Almost clicked off because of idiotic interspersed clips that you use to destroy any type of integrity in your work. Your choice of movies and scenes kept me interested enough and the bull unfortunately distracted me from the subject matter itself.
It's hilarious how whenever people discuss The Last of Us they talk about the gameplay for only a few minutes or even less.
You got to watch Under the Skin, I was blown away that it wasn't included in this
My friend was OBSESSED with this book- and then she became obsessed with me and we stopped being friends when i read the plot summary 🤣
Bru what is Glenn Rhee doing here 😭💀🥶
Nope is actually such a great movie
“Aliens aren’t real” that a statistical impossibility. they don’t exist 👽
Awesome video Brodie ❤
so much editing
0:05 It's called "Dune," not "Durn."
And yet "bode" rather than "bald"?
no way really?
I cannot focus on what you're saying with the constant change of music and short videos. Please do something to capture our attention. Everything is moving too fast.
Your audio mix scares me the most bro damn
Too many bowled people.
UA-cam has finally recommended me a pop-culture video made by someone who has watched the media in question, and who isn't secretly a n@zi
Watching this after the ceo event btw I’m Batman 🦇
hell yeah
Bruce Wayne is infinitely more interesting to me than Batman, so I'm definitely fine with movies that don't have a ton of Batman screentime.
I remember seen Nocturnal Animals at the cinema when it came out and I remember that after that specific scene ended the entire theater sighed cause of how stressful it was. It totally took my breath away. It reminded me of that scene in Irreversible, you just feel so much frustration... You can't do anything about it, it will happen.
gawk gawk gawk gawk, TF do u mean man the movie is all BLACK af, stop sounding intellectual as u ride the director all night
4:58 I DONT KNOW WHY BUT I PLAYED THAT PART LIKE 10 TIMES AND IT STILL CRACKS ME UP,LIE THE WAY HE GOT HIT BY THE BAT WHILE HAVING A GUN
The New Vegas ending is one of biggest gripes too. The best way I think it can be handled, especially where the Courier him/herself is concerned, is to do what Furiosa did. It's all legend, conjecture, and folklore passed down by word-of-mouth where the accounts all absurdly and sometimes hilariously conflict. It'd be funny as hell to have No-Bark from Novac be the only one speaking any truth but he's so incoherent nobody understands or even gives a shit. "Dead Man came a-walkin' into town. When he left he took another Dead Man with him. I think they're sleeping together but don't tell no one I told you. The Dinosaur might melt my brains with its laser breath!" My biggest concern, however, is Vault-Tec. I grant it makes sense for a Doomsday Prepping MegaCorp to at least POSSESS a Big Red Button, but I don't remember anything to irrefutably say they're the ones who even deliberately pressed it. It's too cut and dry to say that Fallout=Cyberpunk even if a lot of their stars align.
That stabbing scene in zodiac is one of the most disturbing murder scenes I've seen. Just the way the camera stays still and how the knife stabs them and the screaming, it's god awful
My many question about new vegas is who is running new vegas mr house or yes man? is caesers leigon gonna be in it? and if so is caeser dead?
Agreed. Can’t wait for the sequel.
Best commentary in a video since the drunk someone or other talking about how stupid celebrities are now, or at least we’ve finally realized it. Damn 🤔 why can’t I think of his name… the critical drinker! Ha! Nailed it.
16:03 bro min maxed luck and agility
nah bruh howard hate new vegas fr fr 100 100
The Batman rekindled my love for movies and cinema
watched this movie already more than ten times, and will watch it another ten times, because it is a very good MOVIE.
I hated this movie when it came out. I literally walked out half way through. I wanted to like it so much, but it just had no heart, no emotional core, no reason to invest in the story or characters. Your video has convinced me to give it another chance. I hope I was wrong.
The amount of slapstick, perfectly cut violence in this video had me rolling on the floor !
1:34 feels kinda rude to censor her face. Yes, Charla Nash had a very badly disfigured face especially in that clip before she had more of it reconstructed, she was attacked by a chimp. That's just what she looks like, however. Are we not as adults able to handle seeing people with disfigurements? Maybe it's an advertisement thing though, UA-cam is terrible after all.
Great video! Except Maximus sucks
