Working on uncles truck and getting setup!
Could you share where you got the bumper trailer hitch and how you build the left/right plates?
It was off a website Called ETrailer. It has a few different options for how hight the hitch drops to the ground
Great man for using himself as a shield
It not gonna work. Gotta raise the gas tank or get a vacuum powered fuel pump .
I got a vacuum fuel pump on it
You can fix the pull start rope easily
I had other stuff to do that day and didn’t feel like trying to make something work
Should of gotten a smaller one the smallest you can get is what works kn these. Turbos that size won't produce anything under the lower power of that motor and exhaust pressure
Could you help me with how to do my oil system
Yeah what’s your questions on it?
@Vibrant13 how should I do it, can I run it out of the bottom of the engine case because I'm putting a turbo on a 16 HP Briggs vanguard
Yeah It's an Rescue
where did you get the turbo and the manifold from? i’m thinking of doing the build for a predator engine
Max speeding rods
It’s the smallest turbo they have. I am out right now but I’ll try and send the exact model of o can
Im fr scared what if we die😂😢
I don’t think we will there will just be more disasters and coral reefs will deplete and water supply will shorten but prosperous places should be good for financially stable people but there will be a time where the stuff that are good have to go so we won’t be ok forever do Dw you’ll live
Do not bea afraid it is just a manmade clock they dont know what Will into our future because god is the only man who can predict the future
im really more confused as to what this video was even about?...you didnt show anything constructive that is useful to the changing of a starter...
so did you ever get it started with the 'wrong crank' or what did you wind up doing? did you ever replace the switch or what happened? did you give up on it?
Stutututu
If a turbo makes that noise it’s bad
I have the same bike. And I'm rebuilding the motor as well
How is the build going?!
I don’t have a pull cord I started mine it’s on my channel
if you want to install a turbo on a 212 what else would you have to do, like billet parts? internal work like with the pistons or something like the stage 1 and 2 kits?
Definitly billet fly wheel. And if you are really trying to make it live year any billet mod on the bottom end will have more success. When I get her running again we will see actually how much she last on stock rod and piston and top end!
@@Vibrant13 ok thank you
How expensive was it mine doesn’t sound like that yet as soon as i heard a lil noise i parked it and havent driven since, im expecting to put down atleast 5-6k
If you do it your self I believe it cost us around 1k. I fixed it myself but I would assume 2-6k depending where you go. It’s a full head removal and removing the whole front of the engine with radiator and condenser to replace the cam and lifters
Thanks for cutting through the process leaving me with questions.
Sorry man I never made it for a how to but what’s your questions. Willing to help out if I can
@@Vibrant13pardon my aggression on my comment I’m just rebuilding a Mojave with no idea what I’m doing and it’s frustrating lol but my problem is my starter gear slipping off the spur gear because the spur gear and the gear next to it didn’t have the C clamps on them or the washers so they were wobbly, I wanted to know if you had seen that on yours
@@Vibrant13 also was curious about when you installed the clutches and bent the pin that engages them, when I get the washers and C clamps for the idler super gear and reverse gear I could use some guidance when slapping back together
YES. all of the above
how much is that pump
Probably around 10-20 bucks. I had it laying around but they have them at autozone and advance I believe
he is mumbling ALOT
do this. install - a 36lb valve spring kit - flat top racing piston - short fin aluminum billet flywheel - your gonna want to retard the timing also with an off venter cut keyway. that will adjust the timing by a couple of degrees. - port and polish the head but make sure you polish the exhaust and leave the intake rough. this will help atomization of the fuel and increase the mixing of the fuel and air where the polish on the exhaust will reduce the drag of the exiting exhaust gasses. - install a 26mm mikuni carburetor kit. - get an upgraded cam with a aluminum billet connecting rod. keep in mind if you continue to use the stock flywheel than it gonna grenade on you as its not designed to go above 4000 rpms. when running a turbo keep in mind that most turbos are dyno'd and adjusted to achieve maximum performance. running a turbo on an engine with high compression will eventually pop the seals so you may want to keep the stock 18lb valve springs to reduce the compression and i say that only because you hit 12 lb's of boost which means you will most likely hit 15 lb's once you hit 7500+ rpms. good for power bad for seals on high compression. watch some videos on how to port and polish and perhaps even getting a larger head. the more fuel and air you can get in the more power you make. if your from jersey i'd even be willing to help you bore the cylinder and install an over sized piston just to see if you can hit 30 horsepower. because reasons.. in any case, have fun and and if your gonna improve anything at least the aluminum flywheel just for safety reasons. 👍
Love all the advice here. When I get back to that build I definitly relook at this comment and put the knowledge to use. Thank you. I do appreciate it a lot
Imagine this is fake 💀
Your gas tank is to low
It has a pump on it
what is your oil setup / system?
Probably not the best but I made an oil pick up tube inside of the engine that comes out of where the oil level sensor goes and have a fuel pump motor pumping it into a the turbo. Definitely not the best but seems to have worked
@@Vibrant13 ty!
im making a turbo 212 myself with a little suzuki turbo, what oil set up are you running?
Definitely not the best or probably anywhere near correct but I’m using a fuel pump that sucks oil out of an oil pick up I made for it that comes out of where the oil level sensor was on the side of the engine. Seems to have worked but needs more testing to actually see if it working properly
@@Vibrant13 thanks man.
@@Vibrant13 on another note, wouldnt the turbine help suck in oil? im not sure becuase ive never worked with a turbo , also do they make oil pumps for those?
As I know of yes but it is not an extreme amount. There is a vacuum created that helps but not enough to sustain anything. I know that is why you need an easy flow drain system so That it won’t suck into the housing.
@@Vibrant13 makes sense
Did you do a +1 ,-1 camber for your alignment?
I did try but my camber bolts are stuck but now that I have more time till the race I might replace them
What size wheels and Nitto tires are you running ?
I run the NT5G2 255/40 R17
@@Vibrant13 I could not find a 17’ steel wheel for the Ranger Where and what wheels did you end up using if you don’t mind me asking?
My son will be racing a Ranger this February RD9000 at the FF. We have been preparing best we can, however we are new to racing so the help is very appreciated! Hopefully you have plans to make it also?
Hey Man, if you are going to all this time and trouble, next time CHECK THE SLIDE PINS, clean and re-lube before installing everything back together. Just a suggestion. 😢
What is climate clock and go to 0 what happned
Isk but be safe i live in new york..
If it hits 0 the species will become extinct and air quality worsens and there will be very big floods that can take over the whole world
I live in France is safe?
A asteroid will hit earth I think
Sabri-x3h everyone in Europe will be safe
I'm old and I like Mojaves.
They are a good quad and definitely have fun on them
Lifers
Power drill
When things r all white they all right 😂😂😂
What are you planning to pull with the truck and that hitch? What is the tow rating for the Reese Hitch assembly? Where did you get the parts and brackets at?
The hitch assembly rated at 16k. It’s from trailers. It was a kit. As of now it just to pull a single car trailer but the next trailer will be a fifth wheel for multiple vehicles. Total weight of it would be around 5k-5.5k
So you bleached it. Good job.
If you’re saying I bleached it. I only used what ever they have in the filter cleaner solution which can’t be bleach cause it would make chlorine gas mixing with the oil on the filter.
Shouldn’t damage anything.
This is a short video. I didn’t want to include me drilling to much cause it boring and just the same thing. The go pro sadly didn’t record the welding butt I got video coming out with some welding
You’re just going around whacking things off huh? Alright😂
You also need new red oil
Never recorded oiling it which is why I said just cleaning the filter
Great video. I was on the fence about picking it up for my ECoboost
So where did the waste oil go??
On the ground. That’s where all that rinsing took place
into the public drinking water obviously
If we still drinking from well water maybe but I think this would be the least of its worries then what other things are even in our water as it is
@@Vibrant13least of you're worries. Got it.
