So.. I'm having a little issue when I load Skyrim thru the Vortex this way, it doesn't load all my other mods I habe no idea as to why. When I launch the game thru steam all mods work fine, but the SKSE....

i have installed steam myself on c. there are no games on it, but the steam folder there contains over GB. I would like to move this steam folder to D. How can I do that? The games are already all on C. thank you :)

Pro modding tip: Never install modded games or tools to your C: Drive. Make a partition or get an extra storage device (internal or external), as some modding tools and games break when you do this. 'tis a poor modding habit :(

So... Just so everyone's aware, changing a mod to "Engine" type by double-clicking on it after it's installed, puts it into the root folder as-is, and is a much better option for script hook/etc. I believe the asi mod type will handle .asi, .ini, + their corresponding folders at the same time, unlike "engine loader" mod type, which just dumps everything in as-is. Pro-tip: before enabling mods, and right after installing them, you can manipulate the folder structure, delete any extras, etc. before launching, and vortex will respect those changes.

ok so, unpack (as is) doesn't work because of the structure folders off the zip file. If u extract this zip u will notice that inside that folder, there is another folder named "Rampage_1.0.1491.50" and that folder drop to vortex, then unpack(as is) and follow the rest guide.

Dosen't work for me. I follow all the steps, including turning off anti-virus and running program as admin. When I hit accepted it says successful, but the new library dosen't appear in steam

I try to follow this but I can't get vortex to put the game files into the rdr2 game files, it says it needs a special folder that is empty and cannot edit game folders so it cannot deploy anything until it is fixed, not sure what to do, HELP please

vortex isn't putting the lennymodloader file into the right place after i drag and drop it into vortex, it puts it: C:\Users\Kairu\AppData\Roaming\Vortex eddeadredemption2\mods instead of: C:\Program Files\Epic Games\RedDeadRedemption2 When it does that, lenny's mod loader won't work because the files aren't in the game root directory

Well followed this point for point and nothing works. I only have ScriptHook 1.0.1491.17, Rampage 1.0.1491.50 and LML. Rampage doesn't work press f5 and nothing happens. got 2 mods that require lml to work and they dont show up. I know this was 7 months ago but R* hasnt released any updates to my knowledge

How do you add rdr 2 to vortex, because it’s not automatically recognising the directory and idk where I should be looking!
