To advance faster so I can gear up for the higher tiered POIs, I have XP gain set at 200%. The difficulty level is default (adventurer, I think) though, so I don't get unalived every video. Does Humble have that? Tech and I are way ahead on our private game and we haven't found any yet. BTW, have you found the time to start working on your 7 Days mod idea yet? It sounded interesting.

@@CarlaTheFobbit yes they do was watching Oli (Olideano @Olideano) play yesterday and she found the OASIS it was beautiful and you need three WARDEN KEYS to access it. you should check her out. i started it, gonna take my time since i need certain critters and planets. i also need to know how to allow others to play, so it is a learning processes. at the same time i am working on an apartment building that i hope will be 30 stories high. to do that i am going to do it modular style. making the individual parts of the building as modules so all i will have to do is just place the modules where i want them without building the whole damn thing and finding out i have to tear down the whole thing and rebuild. doing both of these projects at the same time will allow me not to get board. i also watch you and others too as well as play RAID SHADOW LEGENDS thats the beauty of having 3 computers to do all of this with. now if i can just get my cats Molly & Shilo to stop pestering me as i go about doing all of this.

It is fast paced and way more fun than it seems based on what you think the content is...at least I was surprised the first time I played. I'll keep a look out for a sale. 🤞

@@CarlaTheFobbit I picked up a game the other day that I was shocked how fast it sucked me in. I did a recording that I will edit today that was over an hour long (it will be split in two videos). I couldn't believe how long I had been playing. So I can definitely relate to what you are saying.

I lost focus of the point of the series and got into the base thing with this house, I'm with you on the aesthetics. Making things look nice is NEVER a waste of resources! We're supposed to be looking for new POIs, but I'm sure they've been seen by now. LOL. I'm thinking 49 days. I am trying to decide on the next series, I'm torn between a total overhaul mod or a challenge mod...

@@CarlaTheFobbit I don't think I have played enough to know what are new and what are legacy POIs. But I do watch a lot of different playthrough and tips videos that talk about them. Some that I remember seeing as being pretty tough; Minotaur Theater, Navezgane Athletics Complex, US Army Post #7... I have also heard other more experienced players stating that even some of the older POIs have been modified a bit too. I am playing with most of the default settings. Only minor adjustments, like only losing back pack and not tool belt if I die. Also default map too. Most of the playthroughs I see seem to be using RWG maps. Much larger, more cities and towns and multiple traders in a biome. I may try once I feel I am comfortable enough. Right now still learning. I am not sure about game MODs either. Firstly, not tech savvy enough to know how to use one. Secondly, not sure I am ready for things to get tougher yet. ;p

I remember the first couple of playthroughs...they are always the most fun (and scariest lol). We started on X-Box here...ahhhhh the Navezgane map with no traders. The dukes were melted down into brass in those days...And we used the same settings! I miss the newness of it. I'm not sure about X-Box, but you Steam allows you to go back to old alphas. It is like playing different games each time in some of them, something you may like to play with...

I'm enjoying the series still, just because I really like this game. It's just difficult to keep up with the continuous changes still being made so that the content is up to date. The channel is for me to enjoy but, more importantly, for the people who come here to have a moment away from the real world to enjoy. I just want to make sure I'm putting out things that are enjoyable. But, what's a few more game days and a couple extra hordes for some zombie drama? Thanks for the info for thought.

Bob has a tendency to get a little rough sometimes. He’s a wild one. Better than the beginning of Alpha 21; Didn't you end up in the middle of the Wasteland when the trader closed one time?

It was a really bad time for my headset to lose sound. I need to figure out if I damaged the wire or the actual PC connection and fix it. LOL It was all those past jump scares causing me to jerk on the connection that caused this death...yeah, totally not me spacing out on the game...

I had everything but what I was doing zoned out. I didn't realize I had been recording for over two hours...guess I'm ahead on episode footage. Thanks for watching!
