Great video, can't believe Bob threw you so far away. I don't think I have been kicked further then the road. That cop was lined up perfectly in your sights. Too bad we always forget to load the guns. So many perfect moments ruined by empty weapons.
Bob has a tendency to get a little rough sometimes. He’s a wild one. Better than the beginning of Alpha 21; Didn't you end up in the middle of the Wasteland when the trader closed one time?
Yeah...I thought we were cool with Bob... I think we may go to day 49 to have a couple more hordes, but some of the days won't be on video when I'm doing renovations to our base. I'm trying to decide on a complete overhaul mod or a challenge mod...
If it still stands, the HN cycle ends and recycles at HN 49. If so, it is probably a good time to end the series. Although I get the idea you would end it sooner as you are only at day 17 and thinking of it
I'm enjoying the series still, just because I really like this game. It's just difficult to keep up with the continuous changes still being made so that the content is up to date. The channel is for me to enjoy but, more importantly, for the people who come here to have a moment away from the real world to enjoy. I just want to make sure I'm putting out things that are enjoyable. But, what's a few more game days and a couple extra hordes for some zombie drama? Thanks for the info for thought.
Hi Karla, The house is looking great. Some tell me I waste resources and time fixing things that are not really necessary to the survival aspect of the game. But I like fixing things up and making my bases to look nice and be functional. I suppose I may be a tad OCD and care about aesthetics. ;p As for when to end... hmmmmm.... How about... Never. ;p I enjoy watching your play-through. But if you must to start a new one, I suppose it depends on when you feel you have reached the apex of the current series. Perhaps pick a set number of Horde Nights you want to have survived as that point.
I lost focus of the point of the series and got into the base thing with this house, I'm with you on the aesthetics. Making things look nice is NEVER a waste of resources! We're supposed to be looking for new POIs, but I'm sure they've been seen by now. LOL. I'm thinking 49 days. I am trying to decide on the next series, I'm torn between a total overhaul mod or a challenge mod...
@@CarlaTheFobbit I don't think I have played enough to know what are new and what are legacy POIs. But I do watch a lot of different playthrough and tips videos that talk about them. Some that I remember seeing as being pretty tough; Minotaur Theater, Navezgane Athletics Complex, US Army Post #7... I have also heard other more experienced players stating that even some of the older POIs have been modified a bit too. I am playing with most of the default settings. Only minor adjustments, like only losing back pack and not tool belt if I die. Also default map too. Most of the playthroughs I see seem to be using RWG maps. Much larger, more cities and towns and multiple traders in a biome. I may try once I feel I am comfortable enough. Right now still learning. I am not sure about game MODs either. Firstly, not tech savvy enough to know how to use one. Secondly, not sure I am ready for things to get tougher yet. ;p
I remember the first couple of playthroughs...they are always the most fun (and scariest lol). We started on X-Box here...ahhhhh the Navezgane map with no traders. The dukes were melted down into brass in those days...And we used the same settings! I miss the newness of it. I'm not sure about X-Box, but you Steam allows you to go back to old alphas. It is like playing different games each time in some of them, something you may like to play with...

@@CarlaTheFobbit I don't think so, can't remember it happening to me. But then again, I can't remember the last week sometimes. LOL
Hi Carla! I’m so happy I found your channel. I love finding other chic gamers that play 7 days. 🤗
