Bro if you leave the side zipper on the bivy open as you roll it, it allows the air to exit. Just have to roll it up from head to toe. Once you get to the toe, zip it closed and it will be empty of air

It’s been a year since you’ve installed these. What do you think of them now? Would you do the same set again? Has the need to remove the engine plate to change the oil been more of a pain than you anticipated? Primitive says you can use the rear dif plate as a jacking point. It doesn’t seem like that would be a good idea, from just looking at how it’s mounted. What do you think?

I’m having all kinds of issues with this kit. Primarily, I can’t get the transmission to stop vibrating. The entire car vibrates at acceleration. I’ve tried the trany brace kit to have it only work for a few thousand miles. Professionally installed. Y’all be damn sure you know what you’re getting into. 2017 3.6R 47000 miles. Kit installed Jan 2024.

Anyone else get a LOUD whistling resonance with these bars installed between 65-80mph? It only occurs when I don’t have anything installed on the bars… incredibly loud inside the cabin

I recommend adding Thread-lock to the mounting bolts.

I just finished installing on my 2019 Outback. Wish I had seen this first. I just reused the original bolts to attach the brackets. The new bolts that came with the rails didn’t seem to thread into the existing holes. Maybe it was user error.

Just use the D ring on the rear passenger seat belt, it's always there and automatically retracts when released
