Im starting my winter arc today October 29. Il be bck in 1 year

So glad that I was directed to David Goggins. I realized I am very similar to him. Loads of trauma from my youth, used to lie a lot to feel accepted, got up as high as 320 pounds during COVID, and decided to take on a hard task in life and get myself in shape to apply to become a police officer. I got myself down to about 295 pounds pre-Goggins, but since discovering him 2 months ago I have put in the work and lost 50 pounds as of today. I've been running almost every day but I have shown up to the gym every single day for 2 months.

I bought your book. I couldnt believe what you were describing. Although, i definitely got everything you were saying. I was reading the words crying. I couldnt believe you told your mind to complete the race and your body did it. To sitting in the shower basically dying and you will yourself to heal and continue go to higher levels. You sir are an example of the ability to go above and beyond. God Bless You and your partner too.

Last October, I set a goal to lose 70 pounds, and I’ve managed to shed 40 so far! I started doing cardio and weight training at home to release my stress and stay focused. It hasn’t been easy, but I’m committed to seeing it through. 💪🔥✨
