Dean Trust Active Challenge 2023

On Thursday 22nd June, over 800 pupils and staff from across ten Dean Trust schools came together for the annual 'Dean Trust Active Challenge' (2K/4K run), which took place at Knowsley Hall.
It was fantastic to see so many young people enjoying themselves with their friends and also making new friends, who supported them along the way. Behaviour was impeccable throughout the event and we are super proud of each and every pupil who took part!

This week 50 members of staff took part in a fundraising challenge to raise money for Three Wishes - Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh Health Services Charity. 👨‍⚕️👩‍⚕️ The challenge was to walk or run 300 miles collectively, with each person donating money to 3 Wishes in the process. 🏃‍♂️🚶‍♀️ Of course #TeamDTW smashed their target and walked/ran an incredible 462 miles!
