Cruella scared me not only because she wanted to kill a bunch of puppies, but because she was ready to walk over other people's heads for her goal, she was ready to kill an innocent truck driver for her goal. The scene with burning eyes in which her determination to go to the end burns perfectly justifies her surname De Ville.

Sgt. Tibbs and the colonel see Cruella drive to the mansion and stop at the gate but meanwhile at the mansion Horace and Jasper are watching TV a show called What's My Crime? until Cruella starts to get angry with Horace and Jasper telling them that she wants the job done tonight she'll back first thing in the morning and if the job's not done Cruella will call the police

This scene must be inspired by the real murder committed by the real person who inspired the author to create Hannibal Lecter. The real Dr murdered someone who they say was his lover in his Drs office.

In retrospect, now that I've been living in England for over 5 years now, I know the biggest fantasy element of this film. The excessive snow in England. That doesn't happen here. Just endless grey skies and rain. But never snow.
