Do I understand correctly that this is the key feature that differs MissChanger from StealthChanger? Or is there more?
The tap and toolchange mechism is also different. Unlike SC, MC retains the MGN9 rail, for probe accuracy.

can i install this if i have AWD?
Unfortunately, no. There is a lack of space around the front idler as it is. So the chance of fitting this and AWD is slim.

Very Nice! How many cm do you loose in Y when using this system?
120mm. basically, 1.5x the Y dimension of the toolhead
@@vinny5915 Ouch, that's way more than I thought.. I'm probably going to build an entire new printer to make use of the tool changer. I will increase Y with an extra 120mm, and probably X with the width of one cradle. (so I can house one more toolhead, plus being able to clean the nozzle at a low Z beside the bed making use of a purge bucket) Thanks! 👍

Nope. It is at the point where I just click print and ignore it now.

Yes it does
I'm looking at multi toolhead options right now for my 2.4. This looks like a great solution! Looking though the macros, are you using includes to enable or disable a printhead to keep klipper from have a panic when you remove one?
Yes, But also, I am using a macro called `[gcode_shell_command]`, which is an extension that can be installed with KIAUH, to swap in and out the printer.cfg. It just got finished today, and I just pushed it out as of this comment.

Nicely done, one small recommendation, adding some inrush protectors before the plugs would be a good idea now. (in the distribution board) plugging and unplugging them frequently will ablate the contacts.

I like the direction you are going. I'm planning something similar, but not similar. Just the concept. The execution will be very different, but I've used some of the ideas you have already, and enjoy seeing the ideas that differ. How does the print head hold in the dock? Is it clamped?

FreeCAD hits soon version 1.0 at last, and they done a lot of work in development version now. But if you had worked in FreeCAD as it was before, you are a superhuman = ) I tried FreeCAD multiple times and have no luck. Only in development version I kinda understand how it all works = ) So I waiting for stable 1.0 version to start using it. = )

In lieu of silicon mold, you can pour gasket sealent in a 3D printed mold, the same as you likely used to secure the bed heater.

Cool!! But what would be the difference between misschanger and tapchanger?
Tapchanger has a single mechanism for both probing and tool-changing. MissChanger separates them. The probing is done with the MGN9 rail that is attached to the gantry, and is used for all tool-heads. The tool-changing is done with 4 x 3mm pin-&-sleeve.
