Someone may have said this already, but it's not a backing track. It's the guy working the board uses it to double her voice. I was the lead singer of bands for a long time, and I've seen it and used it. It's not singing with a backing track or lip-syncing, it's just having someone who knows what they are doing running your music board, which bands that big and talented often have a good person. You can see that action in some of even Aurora performances. Just saying.

I know this is a re-upload, so you probably know this already, but it's such a great set up because it's live at the studio of Napalm Records.

If you are looking for other bands that land in the genre i would suggest Amigo the Devil, The Dead South, Murder by Death, and Goodnight, Texas. Can't really go wrong if you just start with their most popular tracks

Also, this isn't an ordinary song in that GRETA GERWIG, "BARBIE" director said she needed BARBIE's "heart song" - Barbie is a doll, whose character and demeanor is 100 % happiness - she is President, doctor, singer and HAPPINESS incarnate - everything in her world - but when the thought of mortality enters her head [and the movie suggests to us how that happens] she starts to become human and asks "WHAT WAS I MADE FOR?". When she sings "don't tell my boyfriend, it's a reference to Ken the doll, who is still a doll and won't understand the new world of emotion. When one considers the purpose Billie and Finneas were given - to write BARBIE's heart song - I think it becomes clear how it could win the OSCAR for BEST ORIGINAL SONG which it did [Billie is the youngest 2 time winner in OSCAR history]. And their first OSCAR WINNING SONG "NO TIME TO DIE" written for the BOND movie or the same title, also has a particular purpose - these aren't ordinary songs, not necessarily extraordinary either, but their subject matter is somewhat defined by the characters they are writing and singing about. A BOND song cannot be just another song, whether one likes them or not and a BARBIE song also is not just another song. Finneas is 4 1/2 yrs. older - there is no BILLIE EILISH "phenomenon" without Finneas - he produces all things Billie and co-writes most everything; what he doesn't co-write, he has written - about 5 or 6 Billie songs. P.S. I just discovered you tonight - Tobacco Road and Bad Guy and enjoyed both those reactions.

Hi ! Dimash mérite beaucoup plus de reconnaissance et de succès. Mais il a choisi de refuser de travailler avec des "major labels", de suivre les règles de l'industrie musicale (notamment en Occident et aux USA) qui impose aux artistes une direction artistique, ainsi que des "outils" (comment répondre à des interviews dans les émissions de télévision ou de radio) pour faire la promotion des disques, des concerts, fabriquer une image auprès des médias et du public. Dimash est authentique et ne veut pas changer en une personne qu'il n'est pas ! Il préfère rester libre de ses choix musicaux. Libre de s'engager auprès de l'ONU pour promouvoir la paix. Altruiste et philanthrope, il reste fidèle aux valeurs morales et éthiques inculquées par ses parents, fier de ses racines, du sacrifice des anciens qui se sont battus pour que son pays le Kazakhstan soit libre et indépendant. La musique est le meilleur moyen qu'il a pour unifier les peuples au-delà des frontières, des langues, des ethnies et des religions.

Some days are full of surprises good or bad hang tough

As a metalhead from decades gone by I've been looking for an artist that can touch my heart and soul at the same time and I finally found him. Dimash I believe was sent to this world by God. I recommend a song specifically Unforgettable Day live from Gakku. This young man has an OMG moment towards the end. As a musician yourself I'm sure you know what a D8 is. Dimash is the only male artist I've ever heard hit that.

This song is just so lovely and the sound of his voice is like being wrapped in that Gloria sweater he is wearing. I feel like I am in a warm hug. Liked and subscribed. Dimash always leaves me feeling breathless.

i've seen them four times, and they are one my favorite live bands today. i got to meet the entire band after a show at the Songbyrd in DC, and they are truly awesome people.

No-it was live. Quite a few differences from the album. Especially in the tenor sax solo. Pretty well recorded for 70’s TV.

Thank you for reacting to Zhou Shen! I just love watching people discover him... the wonder, the surprise. You're just opening a door to 10 years of wonders! This is near the start of his career. In 2024, he was doing a lot of concerts in Asia, what with releasing his long-waited 2nd album. In 2025, he's doing a word tour! Watch out for his New Year's Eve performances... he did 10 or 11 of them last year. ❤❤❤
