Ninja Creami Pumpkin Cheesecake Ice Cream [ONLY 250 CALORIES!]
I've combined THREE of my favorite indulgent desserts: Pumpkin Pie, Cheesecake and Ice Cream - AND I've managed to make this indulgent dessert fusion only 250 calories! This is a perfect fall treat to make in your Ninja Creami!
Recipe:
In a blender cup mix together to following:
1 Cup / 250g Fairlife Fat Free Milk
1 Large Pasteurized Egg Yolk
1/4 tsp / 1.5g Xanthan Gum
3 tbsp / 35g Zero Calorie Sweetner (I use Monkfruit)
A Pinch of Salt
1 tbsp / 8g of Jell-O Zero Sugar Cheesecake Pudding Mix
2 tbsp / 21g Whipped Cream Cheese
.42 Cup / 95g Pumpkin Puree
1 tsp / 3g Pumpkin Spice
Blend all ingredients together for about a minute. Pour the blended mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container and freeze for 24 hours. When it's frozen, take out of the freezer for about 15 minutes or run under hot tap water for a minute. Spin in Ninja Creami using the Lite Ice Cream setting. Add a splash of milk, then re-spin and enjoy!

Thanks for asking! I haven't personally noticed a change in my voice. However I do seem to have better breath control now, and I don't get tired out or out of breath as easily these days. Also, I used to do almost all of my work sitting down, but now I prefer to stand while recording most energetic character recordings. When I was heavier it was harder to stand for long recording sessions, but now I think I can perform better while standing since I can be more physical with my performances and really throw myself into the roles.

I have been traveling a lot for various reasons and I find eating better on the road is very difficult. One thing I do to keep myself in check is drinking a lot of water. I plan for my meal by keeping it small and within my limit. For snacks I try to do stuff with protein like nuts or meat sticks but only enough to keep me going until the next put stop. It's so easy to just slip and gorge on whatever is around.

well it's more for the texture I would imagine. fat adds flavor but avocados are a healthy leaner fat than beef fat. so it's actually a really smart addition imo. you get the texture of a higher fat beef without the extra like 200-300 calories per burger

@Singurarity88 Thanks for your comment. This recipe differs from an avocado burger because the avocado is supposed to be unnoticeable in the meat, since it's meant to add some fat to help the lean beef from drying out. @guts1141 These burgers are much lower in calories and also higher in protein from normal cheeseburgers. If I made bugers using the exact same measurements of standard 80/20 ground beef, regular hamburger buns, regular mayo, regular BBQ sauce and regular American cheese they would have 1,320 calories, 64g of protein. And that's WITHOUT adding the avocado since there's already a lot of fat in regular ground beef. The burgers in this video have less than half the calories of the regular ones - only 650 - and a little more protein with 78g. Thanks!

@rachelbrondel5858 Yes, for sure! And sometimes I still do, I'm not perfect. However, I have focused on changing my mindset around food. If I do overeat - ESPECIALLY something that leaves me feeling bloated or sluggish - I don't feel good. And that feeling reminds me why I try to avoid overeating these days. Also, since losing weight, I've started to eat more lean foods that are lower in calories and high in protein. These foods I can eat larger portions of without feeling bloated or sick, and without gaining weight. As a recovering overeating addict and someone who has always struggled with impulsiveness and self-control, it's an ongoing physical and mental journey. I just focus on the importance of staying as consistent as possible, and to remind myself that I don't need to have an all-or-nothing mentality when it comes to my diet. I'm not perfect and I can't expect perfection from myself. If I'm not hard on myself and just focus on continuing to do my best, while allowing some wiggle room for error, I have found it's much easier to keep a positive mindset and make progress. Thanks for your question!

There's a recipe that I'm using now that comes out smooth in one spin on the ice cream setting. BUT it only needs one spin if the creami cup has been in the freezer for 24 hours. If it's been 48 hours then it often times needs a respin. The longer it sits the ice box the colder it gets. Plus it just depends on what type of freezer you have and what settings you have to adjust the temperature. I've started using an IR temp gun to measure the surface temp of the ice block right when I take it out of the freezer. If the surface temp is around 8 degrees F then it usually only takes one spin. If the surface temp is 0-2 degree F, then it will take a respin. Or, I'll let it sit on the counter for about 8-10 minutes. Give it a spin, and then run a butter knife around the inside of the cup to break the ice away from the sides of the cup. Then, put an mix-in of about 20 grams of Guittard 72% cacao chocolate chips made with coconut sugar. Total net carbs on the Guittard coconut sugar chips is about 2 grams per serving. Adding a mix in will suck a lot of the cold out of the ice cream so it'll soften up quickly with the mix-in. Generally I try to hit about 17 degrees F on the IR gun to get something that looks and has the mouth feel of ice cream.

Late to the party. Traveling to help after the storm and visiting my wife's cousin. We just showed this video to his wife and talked up your channel. These look amazing and I'm looking forward to making them, I grill burgers a lot.

@JamesSarin I hope the assistance after the storm goes well. It's been rough! I got hit by Helene, and we were without power and internet for a few days, but no damage, thankfully. But I was worried I might not be able to post my video last week, haha. These burgers might be some of my favorite ones yet, I really love the way they taste!

@@TheCogIsShred I'm glad your ok. It's rough in these areas now. So much damage. As for the burgers I add a teaspoon of A1 sauce to my lean meat, add a little garlic salt and other spices and mix the meat up. Then I grill it. When I was in Florida last we skipped the bread and just put it on a plate with lettuce, tomato and pickles. A little ketchup, mustard, and cheese made it perfect. My wife and father in law love pepper jack on theirs.

I leave it out for a full 15 minutes and run it under hot water for about 10-15 seconds, mostly the very bottom. Almost always it’s done in 1 spin. Could be I use the fair life whole milk Looks good!

I’ll definitely try it. I used to buy the fat free but I don’t think they make it anymore.

Hey, can you put the recipe/ingredients in the comments as well as a short instruction? Thanks, your recipes are so good but sometimes I don’t have to time to watch the full video as I’m busy!
