    So glad I found your channel and I am a recent subscriber. I lost 125 lb and have kept it off for 14 years and ice cream is my absolute favorite food! Even during my weight loss journey I accounted for soft serve frozen yogurt and was able to have it every night but after a recent move and not being able to obtain it easily I decided to buy the ninja creami... which was the best decision I ever made and my very favorite appliance. I eat a pint a day... sometimes two!... and because I bought it for maintenance purposes I try to keep the pints around 150 calories and my two favorites are peanut butter and chocolate. And anytime there is a sale on fat free reddi whip I buy them up and use it all the time... it is a game changer for me and keeps me sane. I am definitely going to make this tonight after I eat my pint and I will be having it tomorrow I have all the ingredients. My refrigerator is always full of almond milk and fat free fairlife. Again thank you for this recipe and I look forward to more. And congratulations on your weight loss!

      @kittycatmommy2364 Wow, congrats to you, too! That's fantastic, thanks for sharing that! So much of what you said is relatable to me. I agree, the Ninja Creami has been such a great way to enjoy ice cream regularly while maintaining. I'm glad you've been enjoying yours, too! 😁

    This is so good. I’ll make again. I don’t measure my whipped cream. I split all of my creamis with my husband. I need one before bed.

    2:00 When I first started making ice cream (actually iced custard due to the egg) ages ago, the banana ice cream recipe I had didn't call for egg because the banana itself provided a similar emulsifying effect as the egg in other bases.

      @ackthbbft Thanks! That makes sense. 😁

    This one is very close to the banana smoothies I make! I just don't put a couple things that make it ice cream, like the salt. But the rest I do. I never thought of freezing it. I do chill it though. Bananas are one of my daily foods. I have one every morning and if they start to brown too soon I make stuff like pudding or burnt bread.

    Crumble some vanilla wafers on top and it would be even more amazing.

    How is it 0g fat if you added 1 egg yolk?

      @TheCogIsShred  4 місяці тому

      I normally add egg yolk to my ice creams, but in this video I left the egg yolk out. Thanks!

    I'm curious about whether these recipes would work with plant-based milk, like oat or soy.

      @Skirt553 I've made them with creamy oatmilk before and I loved the result!
