Running Britain for MNDA - Walney Island Circuit along the England Coastal Footpath

19.5 miles, 6 hours, 10 minutes
A lovely circuit around Walney Island, taking in both the North and South Nature Reserves.
A beautiful day, and a beautiful route! Was a long day, and tough because of the amount of road running I had to do, but one I enjoyed non the less!

So this is from November - I wasn't going to post this as I seem to have lost quite a bit of footage, however, it seemed a waste so here it is anyway - minus the initial climb up to Stickle Tarn! The Langdales is one of my favourite places in the Lakes and I've been wanting to go back and run these peaks for a long time! Having a break from running the Coast and doing an easy trail run up to Wansfell Pike and Baystones, to tick another one off round 2 of the Wainwright's, and to get some hills in the legs for my upcoming Ultra. 23 Wainwright's down, 191 to go :-)
