Your architectural skills are truly admirable. I find myself constantly engrossed in watching UA-cam videos about houses and subscribing to channels dedicated to this topic. However, there is a distinct difference when the explanation of a house comes from an engineer or architect rather than a salesperson. The attention to detail and the understanding of the reasons behind the design choices become evident. I genuinely covet your skills and often yearn to turn back time to pursue my childhood dream of becoming an architect. Oh yeah sweet house.
