This is a great looking game on my RTX 4080. The FFB is great on my R5. BUT ... there is no real career mode. A lot of peeps need a single player mode. They sell twice as many copies. And the DLC model, like AC etc where every track is 10 bucks, is a joke. They all need to rethink their strategies. Or they will always be minority sims.

Nice selection of cars! A lot of formula open wheel cars though, but they all are great indeed. I personally have a weak spot for the Rocco in AMS2.

With the right FFB settings I think AMS2 come close to be one of the best sims overall.

Thanks for the video, some cars I need to try here! I know you use the HP Reverb which is suerior to my Quest 3 but those graphics in VR look much better than mine. Also the monitor graphics too and I have a RTX4090 +64GB RAM + top end Intel so would love to know your settings.

The CART Extreme Enhanced Patch makes this one even better. There’s also a few skin packs floating around. Highly recommend the SimRaceway track pack for this, it’s got laser scans of Laguna Seca, Mid Ohio, and Indy. From the vanilla tracks the Jacarepagua oval is one Indycar raced at, it’s really fun with these cars.

I fiddle around with all the different cars, but when I want to get serious and feel comfortable, I always jump into the Formula V10 Gen 2 car. It's my absolute go-to! I'm also really starting to enjoy the 2022 Toyota Stock Car.

Gotta give Reiza credit for giving us the Project Cars 3 and 4 we deserved but never got!

Great choices! I wonder how you get these TV view of the cars. I am also in VR and none of my outside cameras bring me a view. Isn’t there a bug in AMS 2 with looking at the cars from outside?

Great video. Would really enjoy the same thing again but for modded cars, and perhaps another for modded tracks. As someone new to ASMR2 I don't know how to judge the quality of mod content without a lot of trial and error.

What makes this mod even better is the fact that Renato Simioni, CEO of Reiza Studios, actually contributed to the development of this mod, despite the fact that AMS1 isn't even meant to have mods, according to Renato himself, just to be in accordance with Reiza's contract with ISI.

These settings, absolutely magnificent! These are the first settings that made me faster overall, you feel the curb so good that when you hit the right curb for some reason (and i love it) you feel it on the right side of the steering wheel which is amazing. The only thing I still have to get used to is that if you slip a little, I don't feel it enough, but I get the hang of it quickly enough. Maybe you can show an update of the setting and some button configs? Thanks a lot for these settings man you are the best!❤

Yeah man, I loves this Chaterham 620, An amazing car, If you can control this car properly, you can get fast lap times on any track, I have noticed not many people race using this car in AMS 2, Look at the time trail one or the part you can set your own lap time and there isn't many people who have set lap times for the tracks on AMS 2... I am upgrading my Motherboard tomorrow, From a Gigabyte H610i, To a MSI Z690 unify Gaming motherboard DDR5, Keeping with the times, And giving my i5 12600k the moneys worth now, lol, I am wondering and if anyone can tell me before hand I will let you know if it is, But will 16gb of DDR5 ram be as fast or faster than 32gb of DDR4 ram, It is the one thing that held me back with upgrading was the fact that i ain't long put 32gb of CL18 ram on my H610i, lol, But now I got the MSI Z690 motherboard with 4 ram lanes, I can put another 16gb on the Z690 next month, But for now I think 16gb will be alright, I am hoping the 16gb of DDR5 will be enough for some AMS 2 in VR, hopefully with the ram being Corsair Vengeance 5200MHz, It will be enough to get me smooth sim racing in VR, Surely the DDR5 ram will be a bit better than the DDR4 yeah, Anyways another few reasons I got the MSI Z690 is coz it is 160 pounds in a sale from 230 pounds on Amazon, Back to school deal, Man I would of loved a MSI Z690 motherboard to go back to school with, lol, the youngsters of today don't realize the tech they got today with DIY PC's compared to what I grew up with lol, Oh i sounds bitter lol, But no I am actually glad now I got the MSI Z690 unify motherboard, Looks stunning in black and 5 M.2 slots, 2 PCIe 5.0x16 slots, Supports NVIDIA SLI, What ever that is, lol, There is a list of goodies that comes with the MSI Meg Z690 unify, And being at 160 pounds on Amazon, I struggle to find the MSI Z690 cheaper anywhere else, I mentioned the price on Amazon, Coz if anyone is looking to get a decent motherboard, Then Amazon got a few decent motherboards for some good prices, Even the DDR5 ram isn't that expensive for what it is after all ram lasts for years if it is a system that is maintained properly and the dust is blew out, I use isopropyl myself, For the fan motors, And I got a blower/hand held hoover to clean the PC, Yeah I am looking forward to see how much better the MSI Meg Z690 is than the gigabyte H610i i am using at the moment, Will find out tomorrow, I just hope the 16gb DDR5 ram is just as good as the 32gb DDR4 ram, Coz I will say after putting the 32gb DDR4 in my PC, The PC woke up a little, I can race with a full track with no stutters, When 16gb was in the PC I had issues with full track of cars.... I love how much more personality this little thing has to its predecessor. I love the way the back wants to come around if you don't brake with your front wheels straight. I'd love to see what they can do with the F2 cars.
