5mm larger tb is not worth $300 for the little gains you’re going to get from that. If it were an 85-90mm tb I’d say yes. My guess is you couldn’t tell a single difference in power from the stock 70mm to the 75mm.

Omg 5 years old ok no one’s gonna see this but let’s say I get a SRI on my Ibiza fr and it’s positioned further away from the engine slightly less hot air as it’s further away will this help with increased power? 1-3bhp sounds so weak but on a car that’s only just over 100 anything goes trana get the car from 103 to 110-115 by the end of the year and SRI sounds like it could put me at 105-107 unless what I’ve said is correct then could I expect a little bit more?

There is no reason to remove the AC unless you are trying to make 700-1000 hp… why?

When attaching you could easily stress it by not having it tight and flush against the surface you screw it to so the hole through the skirt may not be perfectly aligned with the hole created through the body. After that when it tightens it could cause stress cracks. Best to use a good drill bit and make sure it's pressed tightly against the car body in the exact location it'll be and drill the hole. That will prevent stress cracks

Lessen learned, don't buy cheap drill bits, don't use excessive pressure when drilling, don't overheat a bit even once or it'll lose the hardness of the steel, & then you'll have much better luck. High quality standard HSS bit is awesome but keep it cool with liquid and drill at slow speed to help. Press with just enough pressure to see shavings drilling out of the material.

For one you shoulda heated the fibreglass up so it would flex and mould and use sand paper to properly fit and not just drill holes into it

You dont have to drop the sway bar. Let the camber arm fall and move it side to side for the bolt to come out in an angle
