      It will be acceptable unless you will not copy paste as it is, you need to modify it a little bit. Also in science journals these high quality 3D images will not work.

      Ninhydrin can be used.It gives reddish brown churring while with amine purple churring is confirmed. You can also use cerium molybdate solution,it is also an option
