I bought this machine 2 days ago and my coffee pours way slower than yours I've got the grind setting on 4. One of the nozzles drips the coffee the other runs any idea what could be wrong?

How's the temperature of the coffee/milk on the Rivelia? I'm thinking of buying one but was put off by some reviewers saying it's not as hot as they'd like it to be. No problems with max settings?

Is there a way to clean the grinder?

Is there a way to empty the bean container like say to eliminate unused beans in there and put fresh in?

Omg! I bought it yesterday and i turned the grinder 3 times back in forth in order to find the ideal..is it possible that i made damage? For now everything looks fine and the machine is working please let me know how will i know if i made damage by mistake?

I’m deciding between the Magnífica Evo and Philips 3300. Seems like the UI of the Magnífica is more complex than the Philips, but most reviewers prefer the quality of the coffee made by the Magnífica.

I tried the adjustment for the water and milk works well but the problem is the coffee isnt coming out smoothly as your one does I brought it two days ago exchanged it aswell the next day with the samee problem but still the same it drips when the coffee is coming out it shouldn’t do that or am i wrongg plz help

Love this video, thanks so much! I have a a touch of "CBA" when it comes to instruction manuals 😂. I unboxed mine and set this up today, and to my disappointment, the milk wasn't coming out of the carafe, just a whole lot of steam! I realised there's a black tip missing from the bit that connects the carafe to the machine. I've contacted customer support, so hopefully will get a replacement. Has this happened to anyone else?

Can i restore the quantity to default preset after i made custom quantity without factory reset

Does anyone know if temperature of dispensed coffee can be raised, I know there are 3 heat settings and I know Mnfr. advises performing hot rinse before selecting coffee, but this does not produce a hot temperature, I need to raise 5-10 degrees. This is my 3rd coffee machine, this is so disappointing. Any advice or assistance greatly appreciated.

Once you adjust the coarse setting to some level, you can keep it to that setting once you are satisfied right? You don’t have to return it to its default setting which is 5. Thanks.

Did you personally make your espresso shot less water to make your shot more concentrated? I’ve seen some review is the ratio estimate 1:4. Like the coffee bean is 10g and espresso 37-38g. Thanks

It is said to have a steel grinder and make better foam compared to Philips devices. It also seems easier to clean. No need to oil. However, it is a bit expensive for me. Maybe I can buy it if there are New Year's discounts.

I have this machine for 1 days now and I have been looking for this kind of explanation for whole day as I wanted to make the best coffee for myself cause default set up does not work for me. I have a Rivelia and over all am very happy - though the high-water temp setting needs to be higher (and if I could improve one more thing - 1.4L of water is quite enough). Reading other peoples comments in various forums about the initial coffee flavour - I too found it took quite a few days of adjustments before I found a good balance

My coffee is incredibly bitter. I just want to know how to fix that. I know this coffee is really good. My sister uses it with her Breville barista. I have also a Moko master and it’s good with that And it’s really good and I’ve had it in the roasters and it’s really good. But I need to know how to adjust to make it not bitter. You need a video on how to make a good coffee with the bean adapt technology.
