Renter on Elm here. Moved here late last year. I was shocked by what was going on near Pine st and Manchester st. We may want to buy a townhouse later. Sounds like Candia Rd is very nice area. Thanks for the info

I was thinking about doing another video covering more of the state, not just Manchester.

Is the Manchester area more Liberal or Conservative minded? I don't know NH enough so I'd like to know what region of the state is either or? This way ppl know where they may fit in better.

North Country would be the most conservative area. That's going to pretty much be all of Coös county, although littleton may be more mixed. Tourist towns (Conway) and big cities down south will have the most people from Massachusetts, who tend to be more liberal.

Thank you for your videos. I think I'm most interested in Manchester or.maybe Nashua because I want convenience to necessities more than anything.....Yet I also want to be close to nature & the natural beauty of your state. I especially love to snow ski & water ski!..... I do have a question & I don't know if you can answer this?!..... Why is Portsmouth considered to be so much better than Hampton? Is Hampton just a tourist town? I would think Hampton by looking at a map that Hampton would be one of the most ideal places to live for people who love the ocean?!

Hi Wendy, it sounds like you might enjoy living west of Manchester. In areas like Goffstown, New Boston, Weare or Henniker. It's more private and offers a rural feel, while still being close to the larger cities. Plus, Pats Peak and Crotched Mountain are within close proximity.
Hampton does attract a lot of tourists, more specifically Hampton Beach. North Hampton is very nice and more on par with Portsmouth when it comes to home prices. I've never had an issue at Hampton Beach, although it's not my favorite place to go. (I personally like York Maine.)

We have lived for going on 3 years in Nashua.
We don't go to Manchester and would not
    live there.
There are already some beggars in South
Nashua on the street, and having contacted
Nashua Police a couple of years ago when
one approached us at Best Buy on the DW
Hey, the Police said we don't care. It was
later by email that the Best Buy Manager
replied that he had asked the beggar to live
    the Best Buy parking lot.
To us the crime in Manchester destroys the
comments that NH is safe, as almost daily
    seen in the Patch newsletter.

I feel like your commentary on the east side is almost spot on but I feel like you're overstating the issues on the west side. It's much more quiet over there than it is in the zone.

Personally, I haven't spent a lot of time there. Although I remember talking to agent that use to live in Berlin. He told me it's very run down and lacks future growth.
