Ik weet dat nog heel goed Henk tellingen deed het commentaar Raakte in paniek Collega rijder wilde de auto nog goed neer zetten..probeerde andere rijders te stoppen Was roger zijn debuut race Nooit vergeten
Video makes no sense?
Daniel Ricciardo Supremacy
Idk maybe don't put the caption in the part of the screen where we need to see the flaps.. If I didn't already know what Drs was I'd be annoyed
do you have to do it manualy or is it automatic?
So, did they fix the flaw in the track?
Was there any footage of the crash in this vid when he got hit because I’m scared to see the real
Mixed feelings on this one: On the one hand it makes overtaking more interesting since it’s not just about top speed anymore. On the other hand it punishes the leading car by giving a boost to the car right behind it which isn’t entirely fair when you consider that the leading car fought for that position
I like it, yet I absolutely hate drs at the same time. You just know some overpaid big wig pitched the idea to make f1 races more exciting during broadcasting to try and gain higher watch numbers and retain viewers longer. Just so they can show the viewership metrics to broadcast companies to barter for a higher payday and extended contract lengths. It succeeds in facilitating more action and exciting moments during races, but it diminishes actual driver talent and hard work put in by the crew members. It's an added handicap that trades showcasing some percentage of driver and crew talent in favor of more frequent overtaking attempts and bumper to bumper racing. It still takes skill by the crew to set up a great car with a great drs system and for drivers to master when and how to deploy it. I just feel like it diminishes the heart and soul of what motorsport racing is all about, putting a skilled driver in a race built car and having drivers use skill and knowledge to push the vehicle at and beyond the limit.
@@kartzzy6101 To be fair there's nothing wrong with growing your audience to grow your sports, everyone benefits drivers and crew included. But I agree that it's a gimmick for TV the way it is now. Would be better if each driver gets a limited number of DRS uses per race that he can trigger within the DRS zone regardless of distances. It would then be incorporated into the strategy of each team. Do you use them ealy and try to gain an advantage, or you do you save them for a rainy day and let the driver rely fully on skill. Now that would be interesting feature
Well the following car downforce loses 30-40% due to dirty air so that's unfair. So it balances
British team? Mclaren is a kiwi, the logo is a kiwi.
Numbers were interesting
Why did price not pull up at the cockpit
As far as I recall (feel free to correct me please), Tom was the only driver from Wales to look as though he could make a success of F1. A tragic and totally unnecessary loss.
0:59 yea he also sliced throu some thing els
It's sad because Stewart really loved him as a friend
Francois is definitely not forgotten. He’s spoken about pretty often whenever the Glen is discussed. Helmuth Koinnig is the one who is unfortunately forgotten.
This has to rank as the number one most gruesome race crash ever caught on tape, challenged only by Don McTavish at Daytona. Tom was dead no matter if his helmet strap had partially decapitated him or not- given the force of the impact itself. Lessons were thankfully learned but this still could have been so easily avoided.
What a great story and video!
I was there in person when Bandini's Ferrari crashed and burst into flames. I saw it from the hill opposite the downhill stretch after the tunnel. I could see the chicane with its bales of hay marking the edge of the roadway. Enzo Ferrari was known for his putting pressure on his drivers to win. Then the news helicopter hovered above Bandini's fatal crash, fanning the flames. The poor man did not have a chance, In fact, I wrote a 4 page article complete with 4 photos. This article was published in the Monaco daily News about 3 years ago. I recall the fans lamenting for Bandini's death 3 days after the tragic event.
Got to feel for Tom Pryce, lost his life because of the foolishness of the track marshall.
look both ways before you cross the street...
That would not have helped in this situation. The cars approaching the straight section were coming around a corner and up a hill, so when Hans Joachim Stuck came over the hill and the drivers and marshals could see each other, there was less than a second to react. Stuck swerved and missed one marshal by inches, Pryce, who was driving right behind him, had neither time nor space to react and hit the other marshal.
get rid of it
He died because he was just a blurred piece of pixel. One of those has never won a Grand Prix.
😕☹️
Two of the most gruesome deaths on F1 and everybody cheered and celebrated at the podium, after the race. Those were truly different times... barbaric.
Nobody has wondered that because you cant even see the brakes, you want to see glowing brakes go watch imsa or something
It was Pat symonds, not Pat fry
What is scary is that they both killed each other and nobody wanted that, life can be cruel
14:01 how soon? Well, 2024. Leading the constructors championship with Norris second to Verstappen in drivers championship
I know another driver with Crash in his name ...Crashstappen !
Dude you forgot Francois Cevert and how he died my stars the car and driver was cut in half horrific and gruesome beyond words RIP.
WET RACES, SHOULD BE FORBIDDEN (Alain Prost was ahead on time)...
i love them both so much
they should try allow it from 2 secs back.
I learned the difference after playing either Gran Turismo or Forza Motorsport.
Let me explain formula 1 tires y’all: BIIIIIIG. WIIIIIDE. GRIIIIIIP.
I don't know about forgotten, but his crash to this day remains a bit confounding. How someone so skilled lost control, and how the car travelled the way it did (left/right/left) and managed to mangle the barrier the way it did with such violence. Even Stewart who drove the "esses" later was trying to grasp how it happened. I suppose at some point someone in the future will make an animated film breaking down what happened in detail.
Ahhhh F1, the highest form of spec racing
The person who said Lando only got in formula 1 because he was born rich needs to see this video.
Absolutely! He is one of the few drivers from a rich family that has earned his place in F1 purely on merit (unlike a few we could mention... ahem Stroll etc.)
And now they are the best team in Formula 1 again.
Can someone tell where to find the video not censored, or real photos not censored? Everything is censored here.
To be fair this is most Motorsports not just f1
Nope, its becouse we can speak.

Huh!? This is the same voice that does CODNARCO videos. Lol cool
Safety rules are written in blood
I thought this video was going to be about “what makes F1 tyres so special” Not the most basic information on tyres possible 😭
Senna would still Win a Wet race with a Hard tire. No Traction or Compounds needed.
Skill issue
Inaccurate information buddy the driver can't select the tyres the team does.
