    I would start with a big pot of the flowers. One cup is nothing. Use some of the dark red lilacs, which come into bloom later. Cook it down in a liter of water, throw the flowers out. Then add a kilo of sugar (so it is not wasted with the flowers). Citric acid clarifies the syrup like tea. Acid brings out the purple color. If cooked too long, it turns brown. It is slightly bitter, but less so than some commercial products. I put it on porridge.

In our country, the wild lilac is the same color as in the video. We did not use grafted varieties that have darker flowers, because wild lilac smells much stronger. Best regards.

      Poštovani, slažem se sa vama da je med najbolje uzimati drvenom kašikom ALI postavlja se jedno pitanje: u čemu se vrca med? U metalnoj vrcaljki. U čemu se skladište velike količine meda? U odgovarajućim metalnim kanisterima od inox metala. U videu smo koristile kašiku od inoxa jer je ona mera za recept. Inače, posudje i escajg od aluminijuma ima to dejstvo na med koje ste vi pomenuli. Ali, slažem se potpuno sa vama da je drvena kašika najbolja za med. Pozdrav.

      Дорогой, заразиться мацератом можно, держа как на солнце, так и в темном месте. Это масло оставляли на 45 дней в темном и теплом месте по той причине, что растение постепенно высвобождает максимум своих целебных свойств, ведь тысячелистник - твердое растение. Если вы делаете масло на солнце, оно хранится меньше времени и менее эффективно, чем мацерация в темном месте. В любом случае, как бы вы это ни сделали, вы не ошибетесь. Приветствие!

      Ciao, non ho capito bene, intendi la quantità di acqua che viene mescolata allo sciroppo per ottenere il succo? Non esiste una quantità fissa per diluire lo sciroppo nel succo, è individuale, quanto piace il dolce, il gusto intenso o viceversa. Diluire lo sciroppo con acqua secondo la vostra preferenza.
