HELP!!! I also have same Taco '06 2.7L with amber Check engine light (P2433 code) Read out indicates the PCM detected an unexpected high voltage on the secondary air injection system pressure sensor circuit. I checked all the fuses...all ok. The trucks run great but since I live in NY.....still do emission testing here and I'm past the due date. I hate to go to a dealer to have them look at it. If I knew what to do, change the air pump...the Pressure sensor etc, I could get the part myself and change out the parts. Any advice, suggestions, anything to steer me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it. BTW, the truck only has 40,000 miles on it..... not looking to get rid of it any time soon, but hate to pay a jillion bucks to fix the truck. Amen!

I just did all four pads and rotors on my wife’s Honda odyssey. Did the break in process with the 4-5 aggressive stops, and a few moderate stops. Replaced the pad retainer clips, put brake grease where it was needed, also degreased the rotors before installing. They’ve been on the van for three days or so, and they’ve been grinding since being installed. Super irritated. What’s going on? Drilled and slotted rotors (odysseys like to warp solid rotors), and ceramic pads. They sound like they’re years old and need to be replaced after literally just replacing them.

I did the rear rotors on my Mazda 3. The passenger rear is very hot to the touch and smells... Did I do something wrong?

Thank you for this! My truck had the check engine light one plus ABS light on. My stero and navigation would not come on. Bought a replacement on Amazon for 76.00 and took me 20 mins. The filter was gone and it had water in it. I saw results immediately. Good video keep it up!

I’d rather have a set turned that came on vehicle new than put a Chinese made piece of junk on that will warp after a few hard stops. Just my opinion.

people that use tools to tighten oil filters really need to just ride a bicycle or something... I can get an oil filter tight enough barehanded even if you coated my hands and the outside of the filter in grease! 🤣

It seems odd that none of the car makers recommend or require this and their pads last 100K miles. I've never done it in my professional career and never had a problem either.

Braking hard with new pads and rotors sounds pretty dumb to me. All brake ins must be done softly. Pads, engines does not matter.

We just put a new complete set of Brembo brakes (w/drilled and slotted rotors) on a 350Z and thought it would be extra good to do this, now they stop great but now squeak Extremely loud when cold and moving slowly, like backing into the garage or parking, etc. We've had the car at the track under race condition and hasn't gotten better maybe worse. Thinking of doing a light sanding on the rotors? Ideas?
