Multiplayer could have been better, but it continues on with the same issues with desyncs, exploration era being largely empty, and games largely being called in advance before going through all 3 eras.

Civ swapping could be fixed with one simple update: let the player decide if they wanted to swap or not. IE if you start as Rome and want to stay it great, but if you’d like the change you can do so as well. Also, side note, modern era way to short. By the time I can build a navy, air force and army the game is basically over.

Awesome content as always! I apologize in advance if I have missed it. Do you do a run down on how the buildings, adjacency bonuses etc transfer through ages? They seem to keep producing at the level of the age they are built in. Are there any changes at all? Or is it just a matter of space utilization that would usually mean overbuilding?

I might be blind, but I swear on my game I am not seeing neither the adjency arrows on map, nor the adjacency bonus explanation on the production menu nor civilopedia 😐 edit: Wait! you also don't see the arrows at 41:48, why!?

Complete garbage. Never will buy this game. If I'm playing Rome, I would never want to change into anything other than Italy... The Normans were on the western part of France and had nothing to do with the Roman Empire, as Normandy did not become a thing until after the conquests of Charlemagne. They don't know nothing about history. Eras end all wars? What nonsense! In what dimension did anything close to that happen in history? These actions are going to really upset players. At least the ones who waste their money.

Keeping unique buildings and improvements hmmmm... what if I gift my city to the AI, and once they built their UB I conquer it back only to then gift it to another AI for them to build their UB to then have history repeat itself. Gotta catch em all!

Nerdy, question for you. If you have zero military units at the Era transition, do you still get the upgraded units in your cities to start the Exploration Age?

What happens to naval units in the age transition? I noticed you lost your galley, is there some way you could have kept it as a cog? Also, you indicated that the chariot was lost because you didn't have enough army commander slots for it. What unit would it have become if it had made the transition?

Great detail on how the age progress system works. Will be something to keep an eye on to avoid a sudden age transition. Kind of looking forward to micromanaging that!

When an Age transitions, do you lose the ability to build ALL Wonders from the previous Age, or can you still build any of the ones you researched? What about unfinished Wonders you are currently working on (or any builds, for that matter), do those carry over and finish in the next Age?

Putting down districts Culture Bombs adjacent tiles, but does it only Culture Bomb unowned tiles? Is there any danger of having owned but undeveloped tiles being Culture Bombed away from you?

It's so sad that Ashoka put you in a self defence position by tgreatening to attack you in ~1500 years, my heart goes out to his civ's population that you had to integrate into the ground(completely understandble course of action), just because of Ashoka's vile intent

Wow, disasters hitting during an age transition and actually affecting your progress is hilarious. That’s the kind of messy RNG that I hope remains in the game (you can turn down disasters in game settings after all).

I have a question about the war support system. Is there a cap to it on how high it can go for any player? I have come concerns about the system to be honest.

This kind of setup never happens in normal civ6 though. Simply this location alone guarantees the win on deity, no strategy needed except holy sights and buying great people with faith.

21:26 No, _they_ get 2gpt. You just get the resource. Of course the gpt doesn't matter for independents but it matters for other civs. It's also reciprocal: you get 2gpt for each resource the AI copies with their trade routes.

9:50 Can you check if a specialized town actually stops growing? Everyone says this, but the gameplay I've seen suggests that they do continue to grow. The growth rate seems to slow down but that's probably just the loss of the 50% buff. If that's the case then the city is just getting free extra food, and you probably want to specialize as soon as possible.

One minor gripe I have with the rivers is with the minor rivers, if you build on them, they completely disappear... i wish the design of the buildings incorporated the river.

I wonder if capital and general cities end up being just urban districts with specialists and just have towns for food? In that case does it worth to build warehouse buildings in capital? Is there any minimum distance between settlements? Also since towns send food to cities, that mean in cities you just need urban and production rural?
