Lol, I know exactly what you mean. I used to know a couple of people who drove their cars that were filled with a load of gravel, trash inside their cars with smell of hydrocarbon gas. Yet, they didn't seem be bothered with those things. There's one thing I wouldn't do is driving my car with all four windows wide open, especially, on highways. Driver's license renewal should require health inspection certificate of drivers. Also, would auto mechanics need to wear Hazmat suits at work on a regular basis, not just for Covid?

I am so impressed with the competent and conscientious Hybrid expert like yourself. I don't own a Prius, but I have owned and have driven a 2007 Hybrid Camry for 17 years. Fortunately, I have had no problems or issues with the hybrid system. You make me feel very confident of Toyota's quality and people working there whenever I take my car to Toyota for maintenance services. Thank you.

Yall we should do a class action lawsuit that makes them buy our trucks back if they don’t redesign and replace the entire engine on the truck. Cause if they gonna inspect to replace only certain parts that’s kinda messed up considering I spent 100,000 CAD on my Capstone 2023 and it left me on the street not even a month in. Not to mention that it took them almost 2 weeks to get me on a rental vehicle little HRV, because Toyota “had to approve” the request and the have a small rental budget of 50 per day so u can’t even get a truck if you use it for work like me… ur fdddd.

Hi Yota, do you think 2024 models will be eventually included in the recall? I have a 2024 Tundra manufactured 08/23. Was the machining debris issue identified and rectified before then to your knowledge? I've read the block is different on the 2024 models yet there are still reports of failures of 24's on the forums. Would value your feedback. Thanks

Had a new Toyota self inflame,only 3 moths old,this happened today,the owner was driving car and was notified by on star that there was a problem,she drove home and parked,ten minutes later car was engulfed in flames at engine compartment,destroyed it and a car next to it.

Trust me it sucks , 34 years in the biz i got done dirty and said to hell with this , got my CDL-A and havent looked back , independent shops and dealerships are greedy scumbags dont give raises, pay you shit and tools have become crazy expensive, run as fast as you can, better careers out there where you will appreciated.

Mine just went out and when I looked up the VIN number no recalls showed up. I call Toyota and they said on their end nothing showed up and that the recall doesnt cover my 2010 prius.

Even though i am a disatisfied previous owner of a toyota auris (8nr-fts) and had to sell it because of multiple transmission issues, pumps that were all covered under warranty and a lame dealershipt that could not repair the car, i m really curious on this. how come this GR (Gazoo Racing. so your target group is a racing group of people) Corolla that caught on fire was denied warranty with the claim that the car was going at 86 mph at some point (that what the original video said) and why is that a reason to deny warranty. isnt a gazoo racing product aimed at people who race?.. the owner did not set his car on fire deliberately we ve all seen the video and it seems the car caught on fire on itsleff. arent toyota car fire proof for the whole range of rpm/gear/speed? if thats the case why doesnt toyota revert the claim from " do not race" to " if you race you have a change of getting yourself on fire"? all these performance cars downsized and not are part of the agenda to force us into the electric bullshit. its sad that toyota (my first new car ever) is part of this agenda now. all these engines are designed to fail at 100.000 km i think. Also what should a toyota customer do if for example he rides on authobahn. should he move slower that all the rest of drivers there? isnt that dangerous? why lose guarrantee? since pure reasoning dictates that you should move to relative speed with the other cars to avoid collisions my own personal experiece with toyota auris 1.2t (8nr-fts) is that it was probably the most unreliable car i ve ever owned.

Question, I’m planning to do this at home, can I drive to my local mechanic so he can do the brake bleeding with a scanner? It’s about half a mile awhile? Or the brakes won’t work? Another question, will the brakes lock up on you while driving because of a bad ABS and booster?
