a local company's employee ran a red light and crashed into me and sighted at fault by police officer at the scene...this caused me multiple injuries in neck, lower back, migraines, sharp shooting pains down arm and numbness in hand and took 4 years of PT , injections, and medications to treat. So doc I have a Question. I have to see an IME doctor next Thursday, I’ve been out of work since July 29th of last year. I know my insurance company is trying to cut me off, I had a head injury in my car accident last year, which has caused constant vertigo and headaches, my doctor is scheduling me for anoyher MRI and to go to Physical therapy, I made just one physical therapy appointment since the accident, but had to stop due to personal issues, but I am resuming them. If the IME doctor says I’m fit to work and my primary care doctor is saying i will need a few more months to get better can they cut me off and if they do can a lawyer go for compensation?

I was on Workers Compensation, and I was caught working in my yard. I was on percocet and I felt great. Because of that, they sent me back to work. I am currently back to work and in pain all day long. I refused an EMG because I don't want back surgery, so the doctor put me a MMI and at this point, nobody really seems to care that I'm in sciatic pain all day. Doctors that are paid by the defendant are paid to say that there is no injury or disability. They also have no idea what the patient's vocation entails. Maybe they have to climb ladders or stairs, jump 6 feet, crouch, carry 100#, or stand for 8 hours. There needs to be a 3rd party involved that hires doctors to do this exam so that the employer is not paying the doctor, the doctor should not know which side they are working for. Insurance companies also do not want to pay for any increases due to inflation, salary increases, or minimum wage increases.

I had already 2 IME and 1 QME appointment. one was in my favor so the insurance company need it a second opinion which the QME doctor gave me a negative report but later withdrawals because of insufficient research and false statement so the judge had me take another IME which also gave me a negative report. My injury is cancer which under worker comp you need to prove that your work cause your cancer which I did but still gave me a negative report. The exposure was benzene, soot, diesel exhaust and illegal working conditions I was shocked this negative report coming from a oncologist. The cancer is testicular cancer 🦀

I am going to see an AME doctor this November and I know they don’t have the reports from my 5 fractured ribs, tear in my left hip and I had internal bleeding on the left side of my head and that report was from 4 years ago when I fell from a two story ladder. I lost my sense of smell and taste. I get blurred vision, lose my balance and I am very forgetful of simple things. I also had hardware with 10 screws in my left elbow, L4-L5 fusion done and now they approved my C6-C7 cervical spine fusion and both shoulders torn rotator cuffs. Which I’m planning on doing in the future because my body is not making enough red blood cells. Thank you soo much. My case nurse has been asking for those reports with no luck. I have the CD’s 💿 of MRI’s and X-ray’s 🩻 of my ribs, hip, knee, shoulders, L4-L5, C6-C7 and left elbow clicks.

Dr. The Hospital provided our attorney with only 165 of 365 pages that were transcribed by a separate company and whenever we try to get them they give us partial records. Atty was unaware. The person was an attorney with high earnings from top NYC firms. The H also changed the records to misrepresent the times etc. Similarly the primary Doctor (practice bought by another H) has denied access. Could you please address what a patient can do when (1)the Hospital and the follow up Doctor (not related to the Hospital but working in the same basic area) deny access to complete medical records and are tampering with the records. (2) The Hospital was told before registration that a certain Doctor should not treat the patient but the Hospital did; a double dose and massive harm occurred to the patient. In our case the first ER doctor left after giving a shot. The second Doctor (the one patient did not want) was called to treat the patient. The Hospital claimed that they could not find another Doctor.

i was injured at work in 2018 then had one in 2019 went through all the hoops and went through surgery to repair the torn lib rah were the arm and shoulder meet have limited ability to use my right arm , i have pain everyday in my neck & back & shoulder i also get tremors in my hand arm and even shoulder , it basically seems to be a dead limb i had a IME done twice by the defendant side and my attorneys side of was released & Fired from my job i have 10lbs & 20lbs with both arms no reaching or repetitive or reaching above shoulder which i cant do anyways..the list goes on and i am waiting for my court date in sept..what bugs me the most is the lies and the games and deceit that goes on to disapprove
