I have a horrible worker’s compensation attorney..
She called me and said she is in talking to settle my case when she didn’t even know I’m going to have my right rotator cuff surgery next month.
And has not mentioned anything about my list of smell and taste do to my fall from a 2 story ladder 🪜
And my 5 fractured ribs that healed uneven and are causing me pain and discomfort.
I also just had an CT scan last month and they found my C6-C7
May need surgery.
I think she just wants her pay day.
She is contacting them to settle without checking in with me to see how am I doing.
I believe they see her as a week and incompetent lawyer and are going to low ball my case.
I’m sure she’ll say that’s a great offer.
