Thank you once again for your service! My Employer and accommodations along second party administrator for worker’s Compensation was fighting me all the way with my permanent disability from my injuries and I was not satisfied with how my doctor was handling it so I went to Cleveland Clinic for a second opinion. They was floored because I got in there in three days. The Orthopedic doctor there confirmed that work as I know it now is over. They said that they would take it to court and I told my attorney I wouldn’t back down, let go to court or talk realistically! I don’t think they have a chance against one of the best hospitals in the world! They also found out I fractured my Clavicle which no one here caught.
FCE is for one week from now instead of Court hearing to get it approved.
I may be a warehouse worker, but I use to run my own Masonry Company for 30 years and not one injury on the job. I have a head on my shoulders and use it. I was hurt by lack of concern for safety and neglect of others. No way I will be ran over by the system.
