I've just seen your video now and completely agree! I've got one and it lasted a few drills and then had a change of mind and it went like yours. A totally piece of crap. The comments suggesting wrong speed and blah blah are all wrong. This is simply a piece of crap that these companies MUST not release onto the market but hey they do! What happens: it makes me lose the trust in the brand. I had the same with an Axminster table saw and never again bought any machinery from them even more so when I raised the matter (under powered machine unable to saw through anything harder than balsa wood.... ) with Axminster the service was just non-existent so...banned.

I have almost nothing but red checks everywhere. The board is plugged in w/uc100, powered w/usb 5v and 24v wired to power supply, lights are on, yet mach3 does not show anything .. no motors , nothing

I have had mine for several months now and it welds superfluously. The 0.6 wire runs a brilliant bead using Arg/CO2 @ 93/5/2, NO spatter! I will do a video of it soon to show the welder in action. Mine has a moulded handle on the front to lift it so it can be wheeled around if needed. I'm sorry you are having so many problems, but it appears to me that you have been very heavy handed with it, trying to pull 0.6 wire through a 0.8 groove. The wire is loose and not wound right which causes snagging, hence is where damage occurs. I use a very light pressure on the wire feed, just enough to pull it through, but I can stop it by grabbing the wire at the nozzle and the drive wheel slips. This is the correct pressure, which stops bird-nesting. Overall the Sealey I have - 150 Mightymig, is a lovely machine and has worked flawlessly out of the box.

No riving knife, No throat plate, No other guard, Fence with missing parts and in poor condition? You say you have not abused this saw and it is some what new but it looks abused. The damage to this tool does not come with normal use. The issue is not the saw. The issue was the person using it. You are lucky ALL you got was a scratch.

Ok so, what I think happened: I think you were trying to fee 0.6mm wire through the roller which is designed to take a 0.8mm. This caused it to slip and you overtightened the nut, which ripped it out the holder. The roller has 2 grooves, one for 0.8mm and one for 0.6mm and has to be flipped between the 2.

I think it may be the model you chose or maybe it could be the fact that you are trying to cut mdf which is a very strong material for a bench mounted pillar drill.

Try using the right speed have you set it to the highest 2500rpm or did you leave it on bottom set of pulleys.
