On the Briggs and Stratton engine you have there is a leaver on the top of the fuel tank with a spring attached lift that up you have it down this is on the vid at 0.17 / 1.07 just above the last 7 put the choke on pull then turn the choke off and pill again with this leaver up to turn off push this lever down
Hi yes the choke on your engine is on the side i think its a white handle on the side coming through the casing vid time 0.22 / 1.07 Pull it out to turn the choke on Pull your pull cord then push the choke in to turn it off then pull the pull cord remember to pull the lever up (the one on the side with the spring attached) I think this has something to do with the fuel not 100% ensure it is lifted up you may need to repeat a few times if it has not been started in a while
