Motor Tuning doesnt Open up in mach3

Motor Tuning mach3 issues

I have almost nothing but red checks everywhere. The board is plugged in w/uc100, powered w/usb 5v and 24v wired to power supply, lights are on, yet mach3 does not show anything .. no motors , nothing

1st Go to start menu
Type in search box mach3version 3.043 and jast duble click and reinstall mach3
Then open mach3 again and visite motor tuneing page
