Clara subdps in PF is really good because she allows more ST focused units to shine. btw you dont need topaz for clara. Topaz actually doesnt improve clara's dmg by much because most of the time clara's FUA doesnt hit the enemy topaz is targeting, and when there is only one target clara's FUA doesnt trigger much. Sparkle is actually far better than topaz in both ST and AOE, especially at e2.
Need advice: I can get my one free standard but I'm having a hard time deciding with welt or clara. I'm kinda leaning more on clara but I do like welt and I have dh il for imaginary dps

yes sparkle works quite well as her skill buff allows her all of clara's counters to be buffed until the start of her next turn.
i have her full build e2s1
but i never use her anymore, sad
Just put her as a subdps in any team you want. More often than not, you get more effective dmg
