Hi Michael, any setting you need to do or change/recommend in the camera to use ECM B1M?

Ok... INTRO IS DOPE... Got my attention. lol lol I am looking into a "Lighting System"... I always believe... Start with "The Smallest Things..." and see how they work in "The Real World"... so really one 2 systems i can think of... Nanlite or Aputure - Lighting Systems to pick what does anyone Suggest? ANYONE PLEASE... COMMENT HERE...

Nanlite is not really an ecosystem . Each of their loghts have different cables, different connectors , different wireless std, some no wireless, different ways to uodate firmware, different menu layout with the same 2 buttons, it s really a jsrring exlerience to use nsnlite, they really act like light from different brands nit from the same brand. This is where aputure wins. Real ecosystem

I just bought the B1M mic. Why can’t I hear recorded playback on videos? Isn’t that a standard function of any video camera? I’ve read that you have to upload it to a computer to hear the audio?

Hey ! Thanks for the very informative review. I am considering buying 2 of them to make complementary colors lighting for my car photography. For example a 3/4 shot with : 1. a red light on the long side. Light outside of the frame 2. blue light on the other side or to light the background) Please do you think they are powerful enough to light a whole car side in a mid to dark situation (evening, night, parking lot) ? I am also looking at the Pavotube 6C II as it is more powerful, but I am afraid that it would be too short for a whole car side

Am I right in thinking the transition from you walking to sitting in the back of a car was at 0:40? It took me like a DOZEN rewatches to figure it out. It was almost COMPLETELY seamless that it just completely flew over my head the first few times before I started thinking about the speed of the bike and therefore the speed of the shot LOL.

I have this microphone, and it has an unacceptable amount of 'bubble head' noise. So, unfortunately, I rarely use it and cannot recommend it. Sadly.

Great review and video length - between 5 and 10 mins is just not found too often and while I don't mind really in depth stuff this is just right!
