Thank you for this, as someone who is 65 with controlled dm type 2, my sugars were uncontrolled causing severe neuropathy in both my feet. Years later and sugars stable on metformin, the numbness is less severe. I check my lower legs and feet every day, as if you catch even the smallest abnormal blister etc you can prevent severe skin infections. She is playing with fire and it will catch up to her.
I don’t understand how she could have diabetes for literal years and has never Google searched anything related to diabetic complications??? How is this possible? I web diagnose myself for every tickle in my throat or slight pain I have lol. She really does love to go through life with her head in the sand. It’s bizarre. I also thought that maybe intellectually she is just not able to understand or comprehend what she reads. Idk. Maybe she just pretends to know nothing about it so she can claim ignorance and be a victim once again.
One of the more graphic and non-medical explanations I heard about "why do diabetics get sores that don't heal, resulting in amputation of limbs?" was this. It draws a terrifying mental picture, and perhaps it will help people imagine what is happening when they don't control their Blood Glucose levels. Imagine that the glucose in your blood is teeny tiny shards of glass. This glass rips through your blood vessels and especially causes great damage to the tiny capillaries in your feet and hands. Basically, the glucose is ripping your vessels to shreds, permanently destroying blood circulation, and circulation is necessary for healing. You can then understand why uncontrolled glucose also damages kidneys. The glucose shards are ripping holes in your kidney filtration system...then they stop working and you go on dialysis until your veins cannot take dialysis anymore, then you die. It really is that grim, and the many people who are personally affected, will tell you it is not pretty to watch, or experience.
You need to go outside and touch grass, you're just an obsessed loser. 🙄 Not but seriously thanks for the well written informative comment, at least some of us are educated on diabetes.
She makes me so angry. I am type 2. When I found out I was mortified. Diagnosis was enough to make me have changes. Scared me half to death. She just does not care or is too dense to take it seriously. A commentator said that sugar and carbs are like shards of glass cutting away at your organs and limbs.
A friend of mine is an older diabetic man who was cleaning a pool and didn’t realize the chemicals had been over poured and his feet got badly burned. The ulcers from the pool incident never healed and he ultimately lost both feet, that’s how fast a life changing injury occurs on a diabetic. Just a pool day.
Exactly, yet we're all idiots taking her stolen views to reaction channels because we don't wish to directly fund her poor life choices or waste our time and energy trying to express concern in her chat as you'll just get blocked or gaslit into being a hater for expressing concern 🙄 This is why we don't watch you direct foodie, you're playing with fire and seem to be too intentionally ignorant to care let alone educate yourself on your major health condition or listen to people with stories like these ^ and take it seriously
Arggghhhh…. That was a serving spoon, and a serving bowl for the table… it’s so frustrating. Excellent bit at the end there, someone is trolling her, or they don’t know rule #1 😂 Thanks SansaCooks 🌞💜
2:02 "Why do people's legs fall off if they have dia- what happens. I dont understand." Let me enlighten you Chantal. You don't realize you're inured because your nerves suck, you get an infection, and your heart/lungs/brain give out because if you're diabetic infection/injury makes your sugar go bonkers which makes your heart and lungs go bonkers. It's a catch 44. Happened to my dad and he died at 53. Diabetes is a bitch. He was a strong in shape manly male in his youth. She's going to die.
@@SansaCooks He burned his feet. He wanted to soak them in an Epsom salt bath, but I dunno the water was too hot. It was legitimately awful but in a way it was quick so... I dunno. 3 years later I'm still kinda in shock about it like I don't understand exactly what happened. His breathing was bad but he didn't wanna be on the high flow oxygen so he kept taking the mask off. Eventually his lungs and heart just simultaneously waved their white flags.
Chantal is playing "out of sight, out of mind" so hard with her blood sugar level. Diabetic complications can't come fast enough for someone like her who loves to take her health for granted.
My ex had type 2 diabetes. Before he lost 160 lbs he had 2 toes amputated because of infections that wouldn't heal, even with antibiotics. He is quite slender now and no longer has diabetes. Oh, he also had a heart attack and stents placed... all this before losing the weight. Chantal is putting herself in grave danger. She is much bigger than my ex ever was. I hope she wakes up soon.
@@Ausgar-yc1yl I never used the word "cured." His diabetes will come back if he doesn't work on his diet and exercise. Perhaps a better way to put it would have been 'he no longer has symptoms of diabetes.'
When she asked about limbs falling off, I heard ZM in my head giving his "YDAFB" line. The thing is, she knows what normal portions are. She did at least one "healthy" Wendy's order back in the villa. She's had the diet boxes recently. She's just ignoring it because she overall Doesn't Wanna.

2:00 is the most unbelievably ridiculous thing, a part of me is not surprised, a part of me is in a deep eye roll and a "you have to be kidding me!?" She once bragged in the face of those concerned that she won't lose her foot, that her g'ma lived with diabetes and died with both feet, that she's going to live a long time and Ra Ra Ra, yet here she is, how many years into type 2 diabetes, claiming she doesn't need a Diabetes education class because she thinks all they will do is tell her Carl's Jr is bad for the condition, yet she still is ignorant by choice enough to not understand at the age of 40 the complications of diabetes? And how people lose a limb? Yet she can't honestly sit there and tell us we need to go touch grass? She doesn't have a leg to stand on, no pun intended even though that may be her reality one day. Tbh I was mostly naive and not well educated on diabetes up until learning through reaction GW channels and that arc, but even at the age of 13-15 I was aware that diabetics can lose a limb if you don't manage it properly. There was even a TV ad about it growing up in my country
I realize you don't do this just for me😎😅But I really appreciate waking up in Canada and having a new video from you! I hope you're having the best time❤ be safe
Right at 3:04 you see her eyes go HUGE like she was remembering what a previous doctor ‘might’ have told her about her circulation 😅 that or it’s already happening I’m sadly sure 🫣😕
My daughter refused to control her diabetes, she suffered from peripheral and systemic neuropathy as well as retinopathy. She didn’t believe what she was doing would have long term effects, until it was too late. In her “controlled state” her blood sugars hovered between 8 and 11. Her organs started shutting down one at a time. She lost her battle and passed away 4 years ago at 33 years old. I often wonder why I watch this girl once in a while. Maybe it’s more disbelief that someone just doesn’t get it.
This is where foodie gets it so wrong, half of us are here on reaction channels because we have stories and experiences like these and we know being in her chat watching her direct is a waste of time because you'll be gaslit into being a hater for voicing concern or attempts at encouragement and education and because we don't wish to directly support her so she can continue to fund this destructive behaviour.
Chantal is playing a dangerous game that she will lose. What she may not realize is diabetes can take years before it ends her. Years of ever increasing disability and misery. A member of my family was defiant and had a stroke, lost a few toes, went blind and eventually had a fatal heart attack. She's in for a wild ride.
Gesu Cristo...watching Foodles eating that food...as usual, is like watching a giant toddler. Bloody hell...it's disgusting. Thanks for the info. I hope you're having a great time with the fam'! Cheers, Miss S. 💖
What's ridiculous is that if she was 200 pounds less she wouldn't be breathing that way asthma and smoker regardless, were not idiots Shartal, the main reason you breathe that way is because you're severely obese and unfit.
Why she is asking her chat to let her know about diabetes things is beyond me… “I don’t feel like talking about diabetes while eating cake”. 🍰 wouldn’t you just put everything down after hearing that? She’s childish re: “does this have sugar?”
Sansa, Pulpy and Milk Tea are my favourite creators in Gorl World. They are all fair and actually judge Foodie on her actions, and because of that, they are the most damaging to Foodie’s lies. Analysing Foodie’s behaviour is far more effective than just calling her names. I hope you’re having a wonderful holiday Sansa! Go get some papaya and soft shell crab salad for me 😊
I sense cognitive dissonance and utter lack of self control which is probably due to sever addiction. She can break the cycle but she has to want to change
I was an age care nurse and cared for a lovely man who contracted gengegree in his foot because he refused to have his last leg amputated, due to diabetes. He died a very protracted and painful death. RIP R ❤
I think she feels the less she knows the less probable it will happen to her. She also believes changing something for one day is change and thinks one week of being strick will remove all her excess weight and health issues
I had a friend who didn’t change his diet. He got an ulcer and then ended up having his leg amputated at the knee. Many years later, they found stage 4 cancer and because his diabetes wasn’t under control, the had to wait to do any treatment. He passed away two months after his diagnosis (he may not have had much time anyway, but unmanaged diabetes still affected his cancer treatment).
Chantal saying ANYTHING about diabetes care while refusing to do accepted care is both ludicrous and dangerous. There are TOO many people who still believe everything she says.
I ate pretty good today but feel guilty about the KitKat chunky I'm snacking on this evening. I don't know how Chantal can be so oblivious to the damage she's doing to herself. Amputation could be just around the corner. Hell - I think about getting limbs amputated because of my KitKat and I don't even have diabetes! Edit: That KitKat was really good though.
She really knows not even the least bit about diabetes. How do peoples legs fall off...really? Also, asking if there is sugar in boxes cake mix?! She's being deliberately ignorant. She also had a box she could look at smb
The size of her bites is insane! It's like she unhinges part of her jaw to fit it all in. As if someone will take away her food if she doesn't eat it fast enough. Disturbing to watch.
"Why do peoples legs fall off.." No, first a toe, then another one. Maybe your foot, then a toe on the other foot, then maybe below the knee. It's a painful process Chantel. But you do you, you'll soon see.
I truly believe she doesn't think any of these consequences will happen to her but some people will not change or learn until it's too late. Once it is happening, it's really hard to turn that ship around
Addicts are pros at justifying, denying, manipulation, and blame. All that energy could be put to something positive to correct her health in even a small step.

Thanks for this info, Sansa. I have been explaining, at times, how easy it will be for Foodie to lose a limb due to her lifestyle; not just the eating, but also the lack of hygiene, effort, and total non-compliance. So many of my diabetic patients started with tiny sores on their feet/legs. Because of their neuropathy and poor circulation, they don't feel pain in their feet normally, and they end up with an infection. Fighting an infection as a diabetic is a long and committed process. If they don't work hard to fight that, they end up losing feet/extremities. Yes, they amputate, the limbs don't just fall off. (However, I have actually pulled some toes off in socks, but those were extreme cases. I don't think Foodie will get that far, as she won't live nearly long enough) If FB lives long enough I can almost guarantee she will lose something on her body - but hey, she'll finally have a win on the scale.
She is already dragging a foot. So she is well on her way. I recently had nerve damage, not from diabetes, and it was completely debilitating and put me in agony!
I don’t understand how she still has a prescription for her medication‘s. From what I remember in the videos, I’ve watched she hasn’t gone back to the doctor for a really long time. How does she still have a prescription?
I used to smoke shisha socially (1-2 a month), but stopped because it became painful and difficult. Turns out I had developed asthma. Like Chantel, I’m 5’2, and at my highest weight of 352, I developed lots of breathing issues. Lots of difficulty moving around, easily winded, etc. Watching her is like looking at a really uncomfy reflection of my past self. The fact she is smoking on top of all that is horrifying. It’s such a simple thing she could stop to improve her life. I can’t imagine what she is doing to herself.
One of my family members has had both legs amputated due to uncontrolled diabetes. Seeing them motivates me to be careful about the amount of carbs and sugar I eat.
After her sandwich she got superchats from f33ders so she had to eat to get the money. She’s on her way to being Candy and just eating for content and cash.
Oh nooo cutie! Please don't do this 😢Making your already bad health worse is EXACTLY what those of us who find you an awful person don't want! I feel so totally owned and trolled by the self destruction
My cousin died in December and had unmanaged diabetes. He was on dialysis, had a bad heart, had 2 fingers amputated, and bad kidneys. He was only 43. She and Hungry Fat Chick are playing a dangerous game.
Sansa, do you think she's past the point of no return? I know it's not so cut and dried, but still curious about your thoughts on the matter. (It really does seem like she's given up, however she's never really tried either, so...)
So she claims she doesn’t need no stinkin diabetes classes to know that fast food isn’t good for her diabetes. She says, this was a good day for me, I made myself eat at home and then only pick the small meal. (But then BLASTED her hubs for reminding her to to not order more) But then she plays dumb in this reaction. I guarantee she knows the how and why about how diabetes and its complications. You are so welcome!
She acts like she's above this when it's already happening to her.
Not but seriously thanks for the well written informative comment, at least some of us are educated on diabetes.
The denial is real.
It really is!
She makes me so angry. I am type 2. When I found out I was mortified. Diagnosis was enough to make me have changes. Scared me half to death. She just does not care or is too dense to take it seriously. A commentator said that sugar and carbs are like shards of glass cutting away at your organs and limbs.
Between you and Phat I'm memorized! Love your work💜
A friend of mine is an older diabetic man who was cleaning a pool and didn’t realize the chemicals had been over poured and his feet got badly burned. The ulcers from the pool incident never healed and he ultimately lost both feet, that’s how fast a life changing injury occurs on a diabetic. Just a pool day.
Exactly, yet we're all idiots taking her stolen views to reaction channels because we don't wish to directly fund her poor life choices or waste our time and energy trying to express concern in her chat as you'll just get blocked or gaslit into being a hater for expressing concern 🙄
This is why we don't watch you direct foodie, you're playing with fire and seem to be too intentionally ignorant to care let alone educate yourself on your major health condition or listen to people with stories like these ^ and take it seriously
My great uncle didn't listen. Lost his leg and then years later lost his life. My personal cautionary tale
Arggghhhh…. That was a serving spoon, and a serving bowl for the table… it’s so frustrating.
Excellent bit at the end there, someone is trolling her, or they don’t know rule #1 😂
Thanks SansaCooks 🌞💜
I don't know if she owns dinnerware and utensils. She uses serving bowls and platters. 🤦♀️
@ and let’s not forget the trotters…😬
2:02 "Why do people's legs fall off if they have dia- what happens. I dont understand."
Let me enlighten you Chantal.
I am so sorry to hear about your dad. She really needs to listen to people like you.
She plays dumb. She knows what happens to uncontrolled diabetics from her grandparents.
I would be shocked if she passed from anything other than T2D complications and comorbidities.
She will suffer the consequences of her choices and there is no excuse for that. She does not care. I don t either .
He STILL has diabetes. There is NO cure for diabetes. He is only in remission.
@Ausgar-yc1yl He reversed his type 2 diabetes.
@leeann4743 That is NOT cured.
Who is ZM and what did he say? I’m not understanding the reference
Oh sorry, Zachary Michael. He lost his patience with Amber and blew up with "You dumb azz fking b-ch." And it's just very apropos to Foodie's deliberate, very willful ignorance. She knows better, she pretends she doesn't.
Foodie is doomed. It is obvious that she will exit this world her way. I am here for the finale.
2:00 is the most unbelievably ridiculous thing, a part of me is not surprised, a part of me is in a deep eye roll and a "you have to be kidding me!?"
She once bragged in the face of those concerned that she won't lose her foot, that her g'ma lived with diabetes and died with both feet, that she's going to live a long time and Ra Ra Ra, yet here she is, how many years into type 2 diabetes, claiming she doesn't need a Diabetes education class because she thinks all they will do is tell her Carl's Jr is bad for the condition, yet she still is ignorant by choice enough to not understand at the age of 40 the complications of diabetes?
👋🇨🇦🤗
Right at 3:04 you see her eyes go HUGE like she was remembering what a previous doctor ‘might’ have told her about her circulation 😅 that or it’s already happening I’m sadly sure 🫣😕
Yeah that looked like her realizing The issues she's ignoring might not be so small
I mean she avoided it on purpose cause it too negative to think about it
Her eyes got wide when someone said leg sores, so I think maybe she has a leg sore as well….
A pound cake is made with a pound of butter, flour, sugar and eggs? Does that mean she ate half a pound of butter and sugar in the cake alone?!
🤷♀️. I’m not sure cuz it was store bought but that’s how I look at it
Hi Sansa, I still have no idea medically how Chantal is still standing upright. She is a medical mystery! 🤷♂️
I’m so sorry for your loss. 💔
@ thank you
This is where foodie gets it so wrong, half of us are here on reaction channels because we have stories and experiences like these and we know being in her chat watching her direct is a waste of time because you'll be gaslit into being a hater for voicing concern or attempts at encouragement and education and because we don't wish to directly support her so she can continue to fund this destructive behaviour.
She didn’t wash the strawberries. I bet my life on it lol
You know she didn't.
She doesn't wash herself she certainly isn't washing fruit or veg!
That's the least of her worries.
I always look forward to your videos. Thanks 😀👍🏻
I am so sorry to hear that.😔
Gesu Cristo...watching Foodles eating that food...as usual, is like watching a giant toddler. Bloody hell...it's disgusting.
Thanks for the info. I hope you're having a great time with the fam'!
Cheers, Miss S. 💖
I completely agree--she was giddy about that dessert!
@@SansaCooks Right? Ugh...I can't with this one. 🙄
You can have 10 years max if you don’t control it before something serious happens it either affects your eyes or your limbs
Eventually, one of these videos is going to be her last, and in the video she will be saying “I have asthma, but I smoke” while eating cake
What's ridiculous is that if she was 200 pounds less she wouldn't be breathing that way asthma and smoker regardless, were not idiots Shartal, the main reason you breathe that way is because you're severely obese and unfit.
“I have asthma and smoke shisha” still doesn’t take away the fact that 100s of excess pounds are crushing her lungs
Missed your uploads and takes on Foodie, thank you as always Sansa 🩷
She’s also always barefoot. Diabetics should never do that. Protect your feet.
You are so right.
Why she is asking her chat to let her know about diabetes things is beyond me… “I don’t feel like talking about diabetes while eating cake”. 🍰 wouldn’t you just put everything down after hearing that? She’s childish re: “does this have sugar?”
❤❤❤ much love, thank you Sansa
Sansa, Pulpy and Milk Tea are my favourite creators in Gorl World. They are all fair and actually judge Foodie on her actions, and because of that, they are the most damaging to Foodie’s lies. Analysing Foodie’s behaviour is far more effective than just calling her names. I hope you’re having a wonderful holiday Sansa! Go get some papaya and soft shell crab salad for me 😊
Hope you're having a Great vacation.
I am, thank you!
Absolutely wild...
Aww come on Sansa don’t tell her what will happen. Just let her find out, it’ll be fun
😬😬😬
I had a friend who didn’t change his diet. He got an ulcer and then ended up having his leg amputated at the knee.
Many years later, they found stage 4 cancer and because his diabetes wasn’t under control, the had to wait to do any treatment. He passed away two months after his diagnosis (he may not have had much time anyway, but unmanaged diabetes still affected his cancer treatment).
Well, Foodie, I am glad you asked......just perfect
Right, I love it 😂. Sansa always gets her.
Thank you so much for taking time out from your vacation to keep us up to date. I loved your vlog! ❤ That last comment from her chat...😠 and her "yeah." Oh dear. Talk about misinformation station, and enabling mixed with knowing she's full of shite says so much. She needs to get inpatient help.
She’s not totally worthless…. she can be used as a bad example. No joke here. Do the exact opposite, if you want to live. My Type 2 is finally under control and I’m at the lowest weight I’ve reached in 20+ years. Sansa: your videos are SO informative, inspiring and helpful. Thank you so much. Sincerely, Your Cranky Turtle Viewer in WV.
☕️🐢💛💙
I still believe she knows something about her health that is possibly a fatal condition. That's why she doesn't care about her eating.
How can she sit there with the internet at her fingertips and remain so ignorant about EVERYTHING. Zero EFFs given on her part.
Shocking behavior from her.stuffiing her face on lline it will catch up with her in the end.pathetic 💕 thanks sansa.
She drags that leg all the time....just a matter of time
no rescue inhaler, for asthma, no nebulizer for treatments sorry cutie. if not already and you notice she never speaks about her blood sugars, insulin resistance upcoming shes eating beyond the insulin she might be taking ,so careless and not sure why kuwait hasnt shipped her back cause when things happen for her and they will, they be stuck with her. ma'am we saw ya legs lower legs long ago and they were not pretty, shes been not treating her diabetes for years, all the complications are cemented in ,including brain ,notice shes so different than years ago in canada, never mind the vascular stuff in the lower extremities. her legs as she had one of the cats out on her balcony looked horrific. really think they better now? LOL
On the flip side, it's also frustrating to see some of her beezers enable this behavior. Clearly she needs help, but her mentals seemed to have regressed to point that, at least to me, it's like talking to a toddler.
Thank you darling, hope ur enjoying ur vacation ❤
It is so frustrating that she is too lazy to research herself and expects the chat to educate her.
I don’t understand how she still has a prescription for her medication‘s. From what I remember in the videos, I’ve watched she hasn’t gone back to the doctor for a really long time. How does she still have a prescription?
She has explained in the past that he can go to get her refills for her from the doc. As her husband, it's permitted in Kuwait.
I don’t get how Salah can continue for nearly a year get scripts without her going back for a check-up.
@@SansaCooksI do find it odd that the doc continues to prescribe without follow up. My doc won't refill if I don't return regularly.
His sister is a pharmacist!
Thats atleast 6 servings of cake. Shes starting to look like the Barron Harkonnen
Eating out of a serving bowl with a serving spoon again "roll eyes"
It feels like Chantal is trying to make rage bite with this video but at the end she only scared herself by asking why diebetes cause limbs to die
🦋Yes my uncle found he was diabetic when he couldn't take his shoe off because a nail had went through sole to foot.
she made fun of someone who lost a leg because of diabetes
Don't they have human size plates or bowls in that home
Thanksgiving Serving bowl.
Pretty much!
I would urge Foodie to really watch this video and take it seriously, but I know she won’t.
I have no idea. Just when I think she can't surprise me, she does, either good or bad.
So she claims she doesn’t need no stinkin diabetes classes to know that fast food isn’t good for her diabetes.
She says, this was a good day for me, I made myself eat at home and then only pick the small meal.
(But then BLASTED her hubs for reminding her to to not order more)
But then she plays dumb in this reaction.
I guarantee she knows the how and why about how diabetes and its complications.
Knowing but believing it’ll happen to you are two totally different places in DEnile, Kuwait.
(Pronounced like HEjab & DEnar)
@ 0:20 Whyyyy does she always make these wierd, crazy childish faces?? Does she think it’s Cute or funny? 🙄
arrested development
