Recipe Ingredients:
Gram flour-150gm
rice flour-2 tablespoon
salt to taste
turmeric powder-1/2 tspn
red chilli powder-1/2 tspn
Nigella seed-1/2 tspn
Baingan-2 midium size
oil to fry
process:
mix all the ingredients in a bowl .add water and make a midium thik batter. cut the Eggplant into fine slices. deep the slices into the batter and fry one by one.
