Chicken-700gm
Potato-2 big size
onion-2 midium size
yogurt-200gm
Turmeric powder-2 teaspoon
red chilli powder-1tspn
kashmiri mirch powder-1 teaspoon
coriander powder-2teaspoon
cumin powder-1and 1/2 teaspoon
chicken masala-1tspn
ginger garlic paste-2tablespon
Black pepper-10
green cardamon-3
cinnamon-2inch
bayleaves-2
salt to taste
oil-75 ml

দই - 200 গ্রাম
হলুদ গুঁড়া - 2 চা চামচ
লাল মরিচ গুঁড়া - 1 চা চামচ
কাশ্মীরি মির্চ পাউডার - 1 চা চামচ
ধনে গুঁড়া - 2 চা চামচ
জিরা গুঁড়া - 1 এবং 1/2 চা চামচ
চিকেন মসলা - 1 চা চামচ
আদা রসুন পেস্ট - 2 টেবিল চামচ
কালো মরিচ - 10
সবুজ এলাচ-৩
দারুচিনি - 2 ইঞ্চি

তেল - 75 মিলি
