found your channel a week or two back, and i'm finally done watching all the previous celeste videos! your playthrough must've been my favorite so far, your playstyle, skill level and learning pace are quite close to how i started, which made it a very enjoyable watch :) love that you are playing strawb jam as well! although i very much stagnated at the later levels (they get quite hard 😭), the levels i've played are so much fun i'd also like to see you try more C-sides, some of those are my favorite levels in the vanilla game (:

You never give up in a room no matter how long you play it for and you keep pushing to beat every challenge you come across. 10/10 will watch bunny again😂❤

I saw your caption...they are NOT platinum berries! Platinum berries are a thing, but um...they're not these. Those are far more rare...I can only think of one level that uses one!

oooh i get you in the intro there, that feeling is SO familiar. aside from SJ i have a couple many dozens mods uploaded, also with plenty of dependencies for most, so i have to boot up my game like ten minutes or so before playing TwT oh yee there's something interesting about Collapsing Skyline, i didn't found out until months after playing it the first time as i was re-exploring it but there are a few more secret areas in this map that explains a bit of the lore, i can't remember it clearly since i've only read it once long ago, something about someone growing more distant or exploring something. point being judging by that one room after the final one i've got the feeling the story behind the map is kinda uncommonly dark oh Over the City, one of the longest maps from this lobby. also one of the few puzzle ones, i'd say on that regard maybe the lightest one as it plays closer to traditional Celeste that other puzzle maps you will come across in this and future lobbies. also beware some maps sometimes disable some of Madeline movements or some techniques as part of their mechanic, so sometimes you might come across maps that disable dashes, maybe climbing, some disable neutral jumping or some jumping at all even, as well as there are mods that do kinda the opposite thing, like making your stamina last longer or giving you new skills as a replacement to some others ^u^ 26:29 nope, there's not a limit >w< i remember years ago in another collab (specifically one called 2020 Spring Collab) there was a map that also used that custom entity. somehow i managed to crash the game by gathering too many of those jumps TwT i don't think that's _supposed_ to happen (ofc game is not usually supposed to crash TwT) i might have just sorta over-loaded the memory that time also OOOH i LOVE Switchtube Vista :DD it's vibe, music, graphics and mechanics are really fun ^u^ one of my favorite maps from beginner lobby for sure ^u^ (oh also dw about seeing a beginner-red map. you could with Farewell, i'd say you have nothing to worry about until at least advanced-yellow or advanced-red even) (which for a point of reference is like hardest maps of _Advanced_ lobby, the third one, until that point don't worry ^u^) (except maybe for puzzle maps since those aren't _that_ accurately rated in any lobby) 33:46 you slowly becoming Madeline, that's part of the Celeste effect 39:53 oh HECK yeah!! :DDD that skip always feels just so ridiculously fun to perform >w< you'd be surprised by the amount of Celeste maps that can be cheesed with spikejumps like that, or at least performing huge saves 41:45 speaking of saves, just in case you see yourself one day trapped in that situation, it _is_ possible to still save a situation like that where you have no stamina left, no dashes and are trapped in a spiked 1-block column just neutral jumping. if you measure it _REALLY_ precisely, neutral jumping as close to the spike as it's possible you can jump to the other side of the column with no need for stamina, yet it's really precise since you'd need to get really close to the spike to be as high as possible, then hold the direction of the wall to re-start your neutral jumping again without making it too soon to fall into the spikes, nor too late to miss the wall again (depending in how long the column might be) not holding it for too long to turn the neutral into a walljump. it might not be _that_ useful since its only for specific situations like that one, yet who knows? better safe that sorry ^u^ 47:00 oh oh, also speaking of puzzle, chill bunny-related games (also especially considering we are almost at pride month already ^u^) i dont know if you might have heard before of the game Princess Farmer, or if i may have mentioned it in another video before, but i would 1000% recommend it to you ^u^ chill, comfy relaxing game about bunny girls, vegetables and puzzles, short with a cute story, wholesome interactions and super lgbtq friendly (also considering the plot being in many ways a trans allegory like Celeste. i'd absolutely recommend it to you if i haven't before ^u^ (and if i have sorry my memory is terrible TwT) 49:07 oh yeah dw, Celeste does that whenever you enter a room from below and there's less than 2 blocks of space for Madeline to move (in this case there was literally 0 blocks of space for her to move, yet sometimes even if there is 1 it still softlocks the game) usually having no blocks of space just blocks you from entering a room, i suppose here it didn't happen bc what blocked you wasn't solid ground, but the switch block entity thing. also judging by the way the little spiked blocks are layed out there they definitely knew somebody would try to get there by doing exactly that and instead of blocking it just decided to make it harder, like as they were saying _hey that's clever, wont punish you but don't think i didn't notice what you did either tho_ 50:12 OH ok they absolutely knew and purposely made the ending _REALLY_ hard for that since to get the heart there and not dashing too late to crash on spikes is definitely not something beginner friendly, but way closer to maybe intermediate or early advance difficulty even. gotta say i love when maps do that tho >w< (also in general going for _that_ platinum berry as one of your first in the lobby is a powermove >w<) (EDIT: also OMG sorry for the extremely long comment this time 0_0 was really excited have been waiting for the perfect free moment to watch the video since 4d ago when you uploaded it TwT)

hey! pretty stressful period for me right now so I'm very glad to have your video it's calming I think. (I'm fine don't worry just stressed) So first of all! No need to update everything all the time, the loading is slow enough as it is. As long as all mods load correctly you can just ignore the updates (same with everest updates) Collapsing skylines! You don't know how much I love you liking the "just meandering and visiting the place" aspect, there is a level I loved (in another lobby) that I think wasn't liked very much precisely because it's just that. Collapsing skylines is just so good though, and I saw that by looking at the map of the lobby with the fast travel benches you can make out where it is just by the shape of the area. Finally there may be a secret you missed in this map, a fake wall or something like that with a cool reward. I'll break the tradition and leave multiple comments instead of just 1 big this time!

Sorry to disappoint but that super you did in Switchtube Vista didn't get the full speed boost You probably jumped a frame or two too late, no sweat You'll know you did it 100% right when you have the little shockwaves behind you and your hair stays green Also, the pipes feel a little weird to me. I usually ended up doing tech way too early or overcompensating and going way too late Ooh, that hardlock in OtC silver hurt

It was sooooo satisfying to see you cheese over the city; you are far from the only one who had beef with that level xD I've also been enjoying strawberries more after playing Celeste; not too long ago I made a compote with rhubarb, strawberries, vanilla, cinnamon and orange juice; came out a bit too sweet but I do recommend the flavour combination! Rainworld is a neat game! I've played some of it, mostly observing the creatures it has. Maybe a fun platformer to play after Strawberry Jam (once you finish it like a year from now). I think collapsing skyline has a lot of strawberry jam. It's definitely jam. Nothing bad happened in this ruinous city with weird glyphs on the walls. Just jam.

If you use Olympus, you can have it check for mod updates before starting the game. Then disable auto update within the game and you're golden!

Hey, It's me again, just wanted to point out, this is by far the weirdest way I've seen someone get that heart ngl, cool- I mean, amazing video

4:44 summer has an interesting design; a fully snake body, but mimicking a humanoid appearance with the tail and body serving as arms 7:42 much better than last time, i can see what's happening and not be flashbanged every half second (yay) 25:37 when i played, i tried to make the slated roofs line up in a way that would let me zoom across the boat. you can get crazy speed. practical? no. fun? yes. 28:45 the seeds are transgenic? good for them the game definitely feels stressful at the start, but feels better once it calms down. also cool thumbnail! she definitely won't eat you. probably. maybe.

First of all, what an imrpovment, second of all, what a legend for adding a bonus, and I get you, I even visited this game as a more experienced gamer and that level is just nightmare, classic games were relentless, ggs on it

Celeste sweater! Strawberry jam! Green hair! And red strawberries! There are a lot of them, more than in the base game actually. The hunt begins once again! 44:03 you probably know by now that this block moved here, outlines often indicates where stuff will move in the future 46:50 the game is really nice, so when you dash and you're blocked by a wall/ceiling/ground but just by a little bit it moves you (up in this case) you started with the beginner lobby but you're capable of clearing some intermediate levels (even advanced levels with some time) I think (no need to rush tho, what matters is that you enjoy it, and so far it seems that's the case) those were some great neutral jumps in azure cavern btw I love strawberry jam, so many levels, so beautiful, great soundtracks, and amazing level designs (I still haven't done everything, which makes sense considering the hardest levels are harder than anything I've ever done) I can't wait to see what comes next, hope you have fun!
