So it produces the same amount per hour as the other unit at 500mg/ph , the difference being if your running it 24/7 Vs the recommended 2 on 1 off your effectively getting an extra 8 hours dose. So an extra 4000mg over that time period less if you used 3 on 1 off , if my maths hasn't failed me tonight 🤣😊👍

@@garrydavis3517 Different grades of airline and rubbers can deteriorate yes, so just need to make sure you've got ozone compatible ones which ECO filtration do. I've had zeros issues with any of mine😊👍

@@garrydavis3517 this won't elimate the problems, see it more as keeping a nice Ballance and keeping them in check. I've also found it very good for QT and hospital tanks. I've had one costia outbreak with my new system , which was done an sorted in one treatment with no further outbreaks. But I have a slug problem which introduces a load of crap. I am currently reviewing another ozone unit👍

@@OrchardKoi thanks buddy I really appreciate your time in replying yes I found that with slugs which can cause outbreaks in ponds seriously thinking about getting hold of one of the units

@@user-oi2qi5vo1r yeah a very good mix. The next sort is going to be hard. Very hard. Yeah slightly pleased you could say🤣 . The food is good no doubt about it, I'll expand on it a little more after further use, but is defo making the water worse, it's actually quite hard to get a decent quantity of small pellets in a good brand. Saki is hard to get in small pellets and bloody expensive if don't want 15kg. Chuffed 😊👍

@@OrchardKoi I use koiarea from Germany and it worked out the cheapest from there for me and that having it shipped to Ireland,280 all on forb15kg saki balance and 5kg growth. I get nearly everything koi related from Europe,used to be I got it all from the UK, even the koi,hate Brexit 🤣 I have found that the water keeps way better with it and the pro bites works out a bit more for what it is in relation to saki. Always trying to get the best value. Probably the only channel I wait for to upload,found all your content very interesting and entertaining,top job👍

Yeah always practicality first for me. Don't get me wrong , when I do do my final pond it will look mint. But something like this, I used for a few weeks properly a year. I would always try and put all my filtration before a heater uv etc but ultimately your space will dictate what you do. Are you going to bed add a big enough bio bed do you think? Happy to have a proper look if you want to email me some pictures

@@OrchardKoi thanks for replying bud I am contemplating using a water butt with K1+ and the air ring from air solutions they look really good Would be plenty big enough as the vats about 1,000 litres I think Didn’t consider about putting it before heater because I thought you needed as much flow through them as possible I was told But I suppose putting the bio chamber straight after the pump with the inlet halfway down and then outlet to the heater at the top gravity and flow should work do you reckon I’ve still yet to put a base down in that part of the shed so just in planning stages yet bud I will send some pics over if you don’t mind looking You’d have to send me your email address again I’ve had to change mine 🙈 Thanks again

The water flow through the heater will need to be “pumped” as it does for a UV and not gravity fed! For that reason it will need to be before any filtration which has a gravity return!
