never got why only S3 refreshes her freelings, like if S1 or S2 did that it'd be cool does even have to be broken cause S1 can at max keep 2 freelings up, while S2 has a 38 second cycle, so even with mod Y that means 2 freelings that still isn't guaranteed 100% uptime

Cute Viviana. Wanted to say before but forgot. Subtitles often are a bit too fast, especially when there's a lot of text but time it stays is the same as for one small sentence. Not a big issue but having to pause and rewind is quite annoying sometimes.

One of the ways of dealing with fat sheeps is using fast-redeploys to bait their summon attack. If you retreat operator in first half a sec of that attack animation then small sheep won't spawn at all, even if these fatties will be blocked later by another op. Can be very helpful if you're new and don't have a lot of dps/block or just trying to optimize your clear. Didn't know bottles redeployment time is tied to white steam on the map, idk why I missed that in description but it's nice info, ty. Honestly the only event I really dislike, most maps are just dps checks that you can solve by spamming these stupid bottles enough, tired to do that already on early ex stages. All dangerous enemies countered by bottle spam, only boss defensive mechanic - bottle spam, your ops taking too much damage - bottle spam, no geysers on map - only bottle spam. Some sheep got splitboxed into your meele operator which wasn't happening in previous tries and they died in literally two seconds? Should've spammed bottles more. Maybe I will get into it some day but right now it's probably the first time I actually enjoyed destroying everything with meta bullshit, these dumb fluffy fucks must suffer.

This is one of the event where i hate the enemies, not because they hit hard, but because they're simply annoying. Especially the boss which cannot be speedruned (at first, shu method can work, but they patch it). And second is those pesky, ungrateful, and detestable civilians who needs constant 20 dp to stop panicking or they unalive themselves stupidly in a hole, and it cost us 1 life point every civilian 🙂.

im a new player (playing since start of feb 2024) i remember preparing to do this event so i can save some rocks + buy the amiya skin and going "oh what could go so bad about this event". boy was i wrong

I do hate the crossbowman, he has DP drain and is quiet tough Also fun fact: week 2 dagger thrower dude have -DP attack every two strikes instead of three which is -0.25 DP per second Edit: hate the invis guy too he just slow my DP regen and he's also a bit tough

I don’t get why I have to calm down the civilian I’m a PMC for god’s sake, my job is to leave no enemies in sight alive, not babysit I might even say it’s worse than Stultifera The DP cost for those is ridiculous and the guy stealing DP is also ridiculous(ly fast stealing speed) So many debuffs So many things to tend to I can strategize dealing with 4 lanes at once, but when I have to take care of suicidal fricks, I’m out Plus, 10DP can buy you a futuristic SP regenerator for your operator (that one Laternao even), but now I can only get one wooden plank that breaks in 3 hits?

Obvious complaints aside, even the tileset for this event is terrible. Just taking a glance at any map, and it's difficult to parse what tiles do what, which is super annoying when there are so many little things you're expected to keep track of, least of all how your decisions are going to affect the pathing of enemies...

The one hate I have to this event's stage is so many enemies have DP reduction effect. Basic bozo have -1dp every 3 strikes (2 in EX stages due to being upgraded), crossbow bozo being surprisingly tough with aoe effect attack that also -dp and both of them can snipe my statues and I couldn't forget the invis man who reduce my DP regen. That may be the reason why Sankta's gun aren't effective against those Scavengers

Finally, someone using Walter in guides It's like everyone has a stigma against it even if everyone knows everyone who knew what to do got her

why is this event hard?: 1. Need to protect those civilians that randomly run around the map, when they died we lost 2. Enemies with DP recovery debuff & DP stealing makes the stage harder, not to mention we need to deploy 10DP woods to block the hole from the civilians falling into it; AND waste 20DP to use the towers to calm the civilians down to stop them from running. This is the only event so far i need to bring 4 vanguards for every stages to cheese 3. Invisible & tanky enemies 4. The block count and atk spd debuff is annoying, stacked with the DP debuffs, its essentially harder and provide less room of manipulation once you are running out of DP ngl, the stages itself are not hard once we managed to predetermine the civilians and enemies pathfinding, but the fact that we need to diverse our energy and focus on those running punchbags while being cautious with the DP and alert of the -block count debuff makes the whole event challenging.

I absolutely despise annoying this people proctecting gimmick, this event basically tells me to babysit 2 dumbass from having a panic attack to not getting fucking crushed by boulders and not falling into a pit

I must be a weirdo because this event was not that annoying for me. But it may be because I used W Alter on it.

This event was so bad, I didn't remember playing it. And then I went to the ex level section and saw I never even bothered trying to complete those. Having to corral hostages is one thing, but requiring 20 DP per prayer activation, and denying the player alot of space be it because of need of planks or to avoid boulder paths, makes placing vanguards way too much work (assuming they aren't beanstalk). Needing stealth removal and having your DP dinged from them either existing or attacking you is just putting ice on the deployment posts.

I always hated this event. Why do I have to keep these morons from deleting themselves. They throw themselves in front of boulders and I have to make poor Gravel just eat it for them.

Lame mechanics, lame enemies, lame boss, and a civilians, who you have no control over. Truly an arknights gamedesign moment

2nd worst event only behind Stultifera Navis This piece of sh*t is by far the only other event I've gotten THIS much stress
