Well damn, I don't have neither Typhoon nor Virtuosa or Texalter. I can borrow 1 of them from friends, but any alternative operator I could use for each one (for ex, I have an E2 Rosa, maybe her S3 can somehow substitute for Typhoon) ?

Texalter could be replaced with Projekt red since her main use is the stun to disable the enemies dodge
Virtuosa could be replaced with any decent caster(mainly Ceobe but others should work)
I doubt Rosa can replace typhon since most of rosa's damage is from her mod 3 against heavy/armored targets.

I haven't try the event yet since im afraid i might lack a lot of high damaging operators and that my operators are not strong enough
All of them are Promotion 1 with many being level 40 or below and only few are 50 and above
Would those numbers be enough or should i chose to get Plume skin on another time?

I'd say wait another time, this event is very new player unfriendly and the enemies are some of the most annoying across the entire game. It's not worth the pain even if it is possible.
