An Archival Imagination at the Star of Mysore Newspaper, 1978 - Present | IFA Archives and Museums
In 2022, I spent a few months at the Star of Mysore city newspaper office, to study its coverage of the University of Mysore.
This video is a tribute to the small city newspaper, and the important role that newspapers play as historical records.
My project was supported by the India Foundation for the Arts.
I thank Mr. Vikram Muthanna, Managing Editor of the SoM, for facilitating access to the repository.
Illustrator Kiran Joan created the video with voice over by Diya Deviah.
