Dear God, why can't we have greater density and mixed use communities so people don't have to be disconnected from others and waste time one will never get back stuck in traffic and having to drive anywhere to do anything? Why, God?
So big reason for location is the highly rated Lake Stevens school district (1:46), but that doesn't preclude at all multi-family units. Wonder if this area was built before state upzoning laws, or if there's data showing these single family homes are more profitable/sell better than multi-family units? Or could be its what people are used to so make more of that.
