Anyone have personal experience spending time in Portugal that would like to share their opinion? I'm drawn to Europe. Tired of humid places, starving dogs and trash. I hear Portugal is no longer very popular and lot's of expats are leaving. Uruguay sounds wonderful but not logistically convenient for my travel goals.

I retired at 45 from Brooklyn New York city with a 4k a month passive income to Colombia. For the first time in my life I feel rich. In New York City I felt poor with 4k a month that was two year again. I don't regret it one bit life in general feels normal again dating absolutely feels normal again. I'm not sure what has happened in the USA but life is not fun anymore and dating became impossible.
