My business partner in Paraguay, Fernando de Cevallos, joined me recently in Ciudad Del Este, Paraguay for an update on the Concept Tower project. This is a project that a number of my clients (and myself, of course) have invested in in the past year. The construction phase of the Concept Tower just broke ground in April 2024.
