When I heard the tapes my sister brought back from Benidorm in 1995, I knew I had to start mixing, and in 1999 the Ministry of Sound Trance Nation album started my trance journey. Offshore, Pearl River, Happiness Happening and Cream will always remind me of my first listen to that album, which started it all.
Largely retired since my Citronic PD-1s in the early 2000s, I recently found myself looking after my friend's Audio Technica AT120s, so bought an Allen & Heath Xone 23c and spun a few mixes together for him and put then on UA-cam. I never expected anyone else to watch them!
Most of the vinyl in these mixes we collected back in the early 2000s but I've bought one or two more recently.

Audio Technica AT-LP120 speed/pitch issues/instability demonstration

Quick video demonstrating an issue I'm seeing with the LP120s when mixing. Basically, if you slow down the platter to beatmatch tracks, the deck appears to over-compensate and as soon as you let go, speeds up way past where it was before eventually settling. Same happened to me. it was super frustrating because Im new at this. I thought I was beatmatching it the wrong way for a week.You have the mix right and it suddenly goes super fast. I tried to fix it but I end up returning it.

En voyant cetre video je vais me tourner soit vers la plx 500 pioneer ,j'ai vue des vidéos et elle fait bien le boulot car elle tien sa vitesse constante ou alors la audio technica atlp 140 xp SV mais si mon budget le permet je prends les mk7 comme j'ai eux des Mk2 voilà ya pas photo...on veut reprendre des technics si le budget le permet ...Merci pour cette vidéo ,ca permet de voire un point qui n'avait pas été fait en vidéo ...super Merci .

This is a long shot but do you know of trance track that has a female voice in the breakdown that says 'Like an eagle soaring in the sky...' Then some supersaws melody breakouts. Came out around 2001 and its been bugging me for that many years trying to find out the name 😫

Yeah - basically the videos can't be monetised but can be shown, as any ad revenue goes to the publisher rather than me. Some songs get blocked in specific countries, or worldwide, so it's worth uploading test tracks if you haven't heard anyone else with the song in their mix. Hope this helps, and look forward to listening to your mixes.
