Last weekend in Vientiane, what started as a damp squib of a day - heated up by chilli and pepper dredged noodles. Made it's way to being a pride filled crescendo as my wonderful offspring graduated into senior high. We then followed up this landmark occasion with a hearty helping of tapas and cocktails - If you try it, you might like it!
