• Landing in Hanoi: We touched down in Hanoi, grabbed a ride to our Airbnb, and dropped off our luggage.
• Exploring the Old Quarter: We wandered through the bustling Old Quarter, experiencing the humid atmosphere and vibrant street life.
• Craft Beer Stop: Took a refreshing break with some local craft beer.
• Street Food Delight: Enjoyed some delicious 'street fry' near the cathedral.
• Unexpected Rain Storm: Got caught in a massive rainstorm.
• Seeking Shelter: Found refuge in a 'Bia Hoi' draft beer alleyway and enjoyed several brews.
• Street Food Top-Up: Discovered a chicken noodle shop to satisfy our street food cravings.
• Rest Time: Headed back to the apartment for a well-deserved night's sleep.
Day 2: History and Food Adventures
• Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum: Visited the incredible Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, a must-see historical landmark.
• Famous Pho: Had beef pho at the renowned No. 10 Noodle Shop in the Old Quarter, followed by a unique egg coffee experience in Cathedral Square.
• Rest and Recharge: Returned to the apartment to rest and change for the evening.
• Food Tour Extravaganza: Embarked on a guided food tour across the Old Quarter, tasting various traditional Vietnamese dishes.
• Train Street Experience: Ended the night at Train Street, witnessing the Reunification Express zoom past as we enjoyed a few more beers.
