In this episode, we embark on an unforgettable adventure to the breathtaking town of Sapa.
Our journey begins with an overnight train ride to Lao Cai, where we immerse ourselves in the local culture and scenic views. From there, we hop on a minibus to Sapa, a town renowned for its stunning landscapes and vibrant hill tribes.
Upon arrival, we kickstart our day with breakfast at a local Bun Cuon shop, indulging in the authentic flavors of Vietnam. Fully energized, we head to our accommodation for the next two nights: the incredible Hotel De La Coupole. This unique hotel mesmerizes us with its elegant yet chaotic design, blending opulence with eccentricity.
Next, we take a refreshing dip in the hotel's Victorian bath house-style pool, a truly relaxing experience. As the sun sets, we head to the Absinthe Rooftop Bar for some exquisite cocktails, enjoying the panoramic views of Sapa.
Our day concludes with a delightful evening at one of Sapa's many hotpot restaurants. From our balcony seat, we savor a flavorful meal while overlooking the serene Sapa Lake, wrapping up a perfect day in this enchanting town.
