Khao Poon (ເຂົ້າປຸ້ນ) - Grilled Fish & Lao Noodles

Another Sunday, another lazy breakfast/brunch! We head along the Mekhong to one of our favourite local spots for Khao Poon - ເຂົ້າປຸ້ນ. Laos style blanched noodles. This restaurant was apparently the pioneer of the dish in Vientiane and has passed down the the original owners through the family. What once was a small noodle cart on the river bank is now a thriving business.
