The 4 year old might do a private morning program during the week. Like you said, I’m tired, and for us nothing is being done well. 2 of them are really behind and struggling in reading.

We've been doing this for years and my teens still love it. Some of these books bring back years of memories. It's a favorite!

It was interesting watching you make breakfast to freeze - and it gave me some ideas. I would love a follow-up as to how you manage to reheat everything in the morning - do you have multiple microwaves - or everyone grabs and is in charge of their own breakfast? Also wondering how you wrapped the muffins for the freezer. Could you report on how long this lasted - and what else you have available at breakfast for the family? Finally - I tried to download the high-protein breakfast recipes - and it was just the cover - no actual recipes.

We’ve been using a food pantry the last few months. My husband is full time National Guard and I’m a stay at home mom. We make too much to get food stamps apparently. But with a family of 7, I can tell you, we really don’t make enough. So the pantry has helped out a lot. The problem is though, sometimes we only get one meat. Other times I might get two. While I’m grateful for what we do get, we don’t always get enough for even two weeks. And I can only spend $100 a week for food. But sometimes I have to use some of that for gas or a small package of diapers. So I’m learning to really stretch what we have. I’m so so so happy to have you and a few others out there that can help me with ideas.

Is there anything besides pumpkin I could add to the muffins/pancakes? Also, I’m gonna make all these next week after I go shopping. So simple. Were the potatoes baked before you added them to the burritos?
